Regarding your concern about the lack of food tracking functionality within the app — we completely understand how important this feature can be when managing weight effectively. Please rest assured that we are actively working on the development of a comprehensive food tracking system. Due to the complexity and scale of this feature — including accurate database integration, portion control validation, and nutritional analysis — it requires substantial research, clinical review, and development to ensure that it is both safe and effective for our users. That said, it is firmly within our development roadmap, and we look forward to launching it in the near future.
With regard to your second concern — we do appreciate that regular support can be key to long-term success. At present, our protocol includes a formal check-in with each patient at 24 days, but we do always mention on our welcome call that our private WhatsApp is available 24/7 should you need support. We have based current frameworks on both user engagement patterns and clinical milestones. However, we are continually reviewing our check-in process and will take your feedback on board as we evaluate how best to support patients in the early stages of their journey.
