The people are very polite
The people are very polite. My initial consult with the therapist didn’t go so well but they were very professional and managed the appointment well. I don’t know if they have an app, but they need one. The website is simple, but it needs a few more features.

My customer service agent Percy was phenomenal and I look forward to working with her again. I called because I was concerned about my medications being out of stock. Within a day she called me back after reaching out to nearby pharmacies and she gave me the best news about my medications not only being in stock but also available for pickup later that day! She was attentive with excellent attention to detail and very polite. I look forward to working with her again if I need to in the future.

Great customer service
Great customer service, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I’m able to receive the care i need. They will work with me to find pharmacies with medication in stock during shortages and are always quick to respond. Can’t recommend enough.

Reliable & Easy to use
Great and reliable for people that aren’t able to physically go to their dr each month. Convenient & customer service is always very helpful. The customer service rep I’ve spoken to (Micheal) went above & beyond for an issue I’ve been having.

I’ve been with Mindful Health since 2023
I’ve been with Mindful Health since before the transition from DONE, and my experience has been mixed. The biggest positive is the convenience of the service — the online model makes getting care much easier than traditional in-person options, which I really appreciate. That said, the convenience comes with some trade-offs.
Over time, I’ve had to switch providers multiple times, which makes it hard to build consistency and continuity of care. There’s also no mobile app, which makes communication feel clunky and outdated. The messaging platform itself is very unreliable — about half the time it won’t even let me send a message.
Response times are another major downside. You shouldn’t expect to hear back from your provider for at least 3 days, so if you need urgent support, this probably isn’t the right service. Scheduling can also be frustrating with limited and sometimes odd appointment availability.
Overall, it’s convenient and can work if you’re patient and don’t need quick communication, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
