Service sucks. Doctor calls the day you run out of meds to tell you you have to make an appointment to get a refill. Absolutely ridiculous. I absolutely support English language learners, but I would like to speak to a customer service rep that I can understand. Not worth the price by even half.

I had a stressful issue with a prescription due to a pharmacy policy I wasn’t aware of and as a result my pharmacy of 4+ years wouldn’t fill my prescription. I was really worried about a lapse in treatment as this was the first time I had a problem as a patient.
Aimee from customer support was great. She took the time to understand the situation and helped reroute my prescription to another pharmacy so everything could be filled without further delay. She was genuinely helpful and continued to follow up during what was a very anxious time for me.

I have been a member of mindful health for 5 years and I absolutely love it. I’ve had 3 different clinicians over the years and they’ve all been very accommodating, always kind, helpful and responsive. Recently, I had to go through the process of making a pharmacy change due to a shortage of my medication. Not only was my change request responded to within the hour, but the extra mile was made by Michael. Michael personally called me and spoke with me on the phone regarding my issue, then called my pharmacy to confirm the issue. Michael then called me back to reconfirm the pharmacy change and then called that pharmacy back personally to cancel the prescriptions so they could be resent to the pharmacy with the medication. Once this process was complete, Michael called me to let me know he had canceled the prescriptions, contacted my clinician and then would continue to monitor that the prescriptions were sent through the duration of his shift and if not by the end of his shift, would follow up again after the weekend. If that is excellent customer service, I don’t know what is. I’m extremely happy with Michael’s efforts as well as Mindful as a health care providing service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
