I’m extremely satisfied with Mindful
I’m extremely satisfied with Mindful, their team is very responsive, my practitioner listens to me, is available when I need them, and works with my pharmacy to ensure my prescription is available for me. Michael on my care team has called to check in on my and ensure that I am getting the care I need. I’ve had adhd all my life and have not had a doctors provide the same level of care as this company, I’m very impressed with the level of care I receive and I’m very grateful for them!

The team Mindful was very helpful
The team Mindful was very helpful. I had an issue with medication being out of stock at many pharmacies, and once I found it, they changed my prescription quickly. They coummicated we with me throughout the process so I always knew what was going on.

Very pleased with provider, customer service, & company overall
I have been using this service for over 1.5 years now and I have been very pleased. I love my provider that I talk to every 3 months, as well as customer service when needed. I spoke to Kevin with customer service last month due to my pharmacy having medications on backorder and needing to switch pharmacies and sending new prescriptions. He stayed in contact with me constantly and had my information verified and prescriptions transferred within 24 hours. I am pleased with the service I have received all around from this company.

Been Great for Years
I've been with Mindful Health for about two years now, and overall it's been a solid experience. The process of managing my ADHD treatment through a telehealth platform has genuinely worked well - appointments have been straightforward, and the support team is generally responsive and easy to deal with.
Most recently I had a complicated situation with my prescription - the original pharmacy had it on backorder for a month, which meant coordinating a transfer, calling multiple pharmacies, and navigating a lot of moving pieces. Aimee on the customer success team handled all of it with real care. She personally called each pharmacy on the list I provided, gave me clear updates on every one, helped coordinate the transfer once we found one with stock, and followed up throughout. Her communication made what could have been a really frustrating process feel manageable.
Two years in, I still feel like this is a service that actually delivers on what it promises - and people like Aimee are a big part of why. If you're considering Mindful Health for ADHD management, I'd recommend it.

Help with pharmacy/medication issues
Last week I discovered the pharmacy I e been using for the last year or so decided to close permanently without notifying me, so my prescription kept getting sent back to my doctor. I’ve gotten a new pharmacy and all is well, but during the 10 days while I was without my medication and didn’t know when I would get it, Roger from Mindful was super helpful and very courteous in his communication with me, which was timely and consistent. He even called the new pharmacy to confirm that they would be able to fill my prescription so I didn’t have to. Top notch professionalism!

The people are very polite
The people are very polite. My initial consult with the therapist didn’t go so well but they were very professional and managed the appointment well. I don’t know if they have an app, but they need one. The website is simple, but it needs a few more features.
