I have been waiting for my script to be…

I have been waiting for my script to be filled since Monday. It is now Thursday and it has been over two weeks since my last script ran out. When I went in to do my refill it told me I had to have a dr visit. I set that up asap and then had my meeting. Since Monday at 10 am I have been trying to get some solid answers and unfortunately I have not gotten anywhere. I have had this occur one other time a few years back and it had been going so well. I am disappointed as medication must be taken and this is dangerous.

This Service is good for the most part

This Service is good for the most part. I have had some issues over the last year and a half but nothing too major. Michael, my support worker always does a great job and helps out when needed. I do feel like their service is expensive and wish the cost wasn’t so high.

I had a great call with my doctor but..

I had a great call with my doctor. The message on my dashboard said my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I went to pick it up but they did not have it 6 days after the initial message. I called customer support and was notified that there were technical issues of some sort on your end. I believe they tried to call but I’m often working so I may have missed it.it would have been helpful to get a follow up text message regarding the issues so I don’t waste time driving to the pharmacy and skipping the hassle.

They did get my prescription in the following day so that was good.

Exceptional Support During a Shortage

Due to the nationwide shortage, I was only able to get a partial refill at the Walgreens near my home. Percy and her team were extremely helpful in locating another Walgreens location that had it in stock, allowing the physician to send the prescription there. As someone who relies on it to function day-to-day, I truly appreciated their understanding and support throughout this process.

Good service

Good service, they checked in multiple times to make sure I get my prescription when the store had run out. that was helpful.

Onboarding is not a great experience (updated)

Onboarding is not a great experience - cannot reach anyone for help until after scheduled appt. When onboarded, selected a pharmacy but now it is not showing up. Their website does not function properly when trying to select as pharmacy on iOS, Android, or Safari / Chrome (why I am doing the testing?). There is no way to speak to someone about this until 2 days after my appointment. I cannot call or reschedule my appointment, either. Chat service is 48 hours out. Not feeling good about this situation.

I found a phone number and spoke to someone via their phone number who confirmed their website was experiencing technical issues and could not offer any help. I asked to cancel everything at this point - membership, appointment, everything. This feels like a scam.

update:
I spoke with a customer rep and apparently that weekend they had two issues that they had to resolve and unfortunately as a new customer I ran into both at the same time. They ended up covering the cost of things as an apology and the ongoing care has been fantastic. Things happen. Appreciate them reaching out and calling on their own accord to make sure everything was ironed out.

Ive always received prompt, friendly and helpful response and service. My provider is very knowledgeable and operates with care. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Lucy who has been extremely courteous and helpful! Recommend this team with confidence!
