Supposed to have this item delivered to my home address instead they deliver it to a hub which is a shop and as I work a lot I had to take time off to go and get this item , poor service also not a great product for the money wouldn’t use this company again just like to add that when I order a item I expect not to run around trying to pick it up from a delivery point like I said wouldn’t use this company again. Poor service and poor response to my complaint just show you they just don’t care about there customer

Fantastic company, I needed to get into a 2022 Fiat 2.2 ducato ecu , found to have SGW on it , emailed these guys , responded very quickly, expert advice on what to do, cable sent out very fast , my customer now has a clean dpf and out in his van delivering hes over the moon very happy customer , I’m happy due to this company….highly recommend

Do not be put off by the website. This is a fantastic and professional company to do business with. Ordered a HEX GS-911 and it arrived less than 24 hours later. Excellent price and delivered securely wrapped. Kept up to date with the progress of my order. All correspondence was very customer friendly.
Only criticism, I would prefer Haribo Tangfastics next time please 😂

Great service. The website is a bit dated in appearance but the product details and service are there behind it. The complimentary Haribo are always appreciated.

Though, I do have a little bit of doubt with some of the detail provided in the despatch confirmation email.

"Our packing specialist from Sweden lit a scented candle and demanded silence from everyone in the office. A perfect ambiance is required to allow him to achieve packaging perfection."

As much as I'd like to believe this, the reasonableness of their prices do cast doubt on the affordability of this kind of excess and would appreciate proof of this level of service. That being said, the parcel was well packed and smelled nice so it may all be true.

Other than some doubts about the above I have been very happy with the service provided.

5 stars customer service experience, item arrived very fast, very well packaged with two small packages of sweets included, the VCDS OBD scanner already tested on two different cars and the tool done fantastic jobs, from easy full scan to delicate coding and set a second hand BCM ( body control module) on Seat Ibiza sport 2009, I love the HEX-NET model with WIFI interface because very comfortable to use, no cable connections to my tablet I can easily enjoy my mug of coffee on desk and keep doing the jobs on car

What a GREAT company to do business with. I purchased a Hex EZCan for my new R1250RS. Not only was their price the best available on-line, they even included an extra splitter cable, hence a bargain compared to other suppliers.

However, it did not stop there. The follow emails confirming order, delivery and shipment were not bland and boring as most are. You have to see them to appreciate them and by god did they bring a bright cheer to dull day.

My order arrived the next working day. It was very well packaged and even included 2 little bags of Haribo sweets.

They say it's often the little things that make a huge difference. Gendan are exceptional, they definitely go that extra mile and I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying from them again.
