Supplied a uPVC door handle that fits and is cheaper than others I have tried. Prompt delivery too.

I ordered 2 replacement trickle vents but they were not the correct size which the diagram illustrated. £10 wasted.

Absolutely amazing business, with fantastic customer service - needed a deadbolt for an old locking strip (20+yrs old), not only did they have one in stock, Nathan fitted it for me and serviced the two anchor points. Travelled 30 miles to this business, well worth the journey, highly recommended this team for all your window/door locks and handles.

My UPVC front door lock was faulty, the cams wouldn't stay up when the door was open.
I took the gearbox out to get details, but there was very little to go on, other than made by Mila
GB DIY Store allowed me to filter through to the closest option (fortunately got it down to 2), then fully dimensional drawings to allow for the correct choice.
I wasn't in any great rush, so standard 2-day post was fine. Price was also great, with discount code I found on-line

I was not sure which conponant I needed to fix my door. I spoke to them on the phone and they gave me good advice on how to be sure what was required. The item was delivered in a few days and fitted perfectly. I'm sure it saved me a few ££ over calling out a locksmith.

Well, what can I say? Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish. An issue arose with keys for the lock I bought, that was actually nothing to do with gbdiy but nonetheless Taylor was happy to work with me to sort something out. It wasn't even gbdiy's issue. I am really so blown away but the desire to help and offer a solution that really wasn't anything that they were required to solve. Thank you. Brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
