I paid extra for next day delivery it took 3 days probably couriers fault also the product arrived slightly bent which I rectified as customers had been left unsecured for almost a week either the item could of packed better or the courier more carefull

I had to change an old PVC door lock mechanism which is not made anymore. Website was great in identifying the replacement, ordered one and arrive promptly.
