Replacement of faulty goods
I ordered an ERA lock which was faulty on delivery. GB DIY replaced the lock by post within 24 hours at no cost. The person dealing with this was courteous and helpful. Excellent service.

When the lock on the back door stopped working I wasn’t sure if anywhere would be able to sell a replacement but after a quick search I found this site and measured all the parts as per the diagram and ordered the replacement. Lock now fixed and saved having to call a locksmith in

First time ordering from this company but their customer service is first class. We ordered a lock assembly from them which arrived promptly but unfortunately was faulty. We contacted them to let them know and a replacement was sent out the very next day to arrive two days later. Would have no problem in recommending them to anyone. Keep up the good work.
