Ganas auto is the worst experience of purchase most likely ever!!!!! Got a 2017 passat broke down 3 months later transmission just leaked out oil on spot. Then I called they picked it up and had it in for about 3 months I was calling almost everyday after the 3rd month. I lost my job then they called me threatening repo and added a repo on my credit ... 2 1/2 yrs later I still owe them 14k and started at 14k I've paid them 20k already and still at 14k... It will not go down and if it does they add charges like insurance even though I got insurance... DONT GO TO GANAS I repat don't go to ganas they steal I'm planning a lawsuit I'm still under 3 yrs just finding someone becouse nobody picks lawsuits from used car dealers they make no money ...

My experience at Ganas Auto was so smooth! It was my very first time buying a car and I was so nervous about it but Jacqueline Campos made it better. She was on her second week of working there and she did such a good job. She was very enthusiastic and determined for us to get a car. I recommend going to her when you buy your car! Avía pues una buena review pero ahora puedo decir todo lo contrario primero mis placas nunca llegaron asta que yo sola tuve que hacer el proceso por mi cuenta nunca se me brindó la ayuda, segundo pedí mis pagos mensuales cada 20 del mes y me los picaron cada 14 días y me tuvieron así por ya casi siete meses que está bien paga cada mes ni ay problema asta que me di cuenta que el acuerdo verbal solo fue un fraude porque yo mandaba los pagos de $840 al mes y ni un dólar se iba al principal todo al interés desde que tenía una semana les dije ah está su camioneta yo no la quiero son un fraude según ayudan estafan a la gente que es otra cosa asta ahorita tengo tres semanas esperando que recojan la camioneta y no vienen por ella la estoy entregando voluntariamente y no e pagado ya porque son estafadores solo hacen fraude y nunca me pidieron mi seguro social porque no tengo crédito y ahora me salen que si la regreso me va afectar el crédito la verdad estoy cansada de ustedes la camioneta ay está esperándolos!!!!! No cumplen con el compromiso de entregar las placas del vehículo, hicieron un error ante el DMV y como propietaria soy la que debo solucionar, la respuesta de Ganas Autos es que ellos no pueden hacerlo. El vehículo lo compre en septiembre y lo registraron finalizando noviembre y varias veces hable con el vendedor, gerente, subgerente y secretaria de la oficina de Ontario CA confirmando la dirección con cada uno de ellos y comprometiendo su palabra que todo estaba bien y pronto llegarían las placas a mi dirección, finalmente hicieron mal el papeleo ante el DMV....y ahora estoy afectada ante esta situación, estoy fuera del Estado por tanto no es fácil para mi resolver, debo pagar tiquete de avion y perder días de trabajo por este error y nadie de esta empresa responde ante el error evidente. Bad Service !!!!! Still waiting on my plates and registration haven’t been able to drive my car for 25 days because it doesn’t have the proper documentation, call every other day and all they do is pass you around to other reps that don’t want to even give you there name. DONT BUY WITH THEM 🤬🤬🤬🤬
