I really don’t know what made me go to them they are really ripping me off I purchased a car from them October 14th didn’t drive the car 150 miles before the transmission went out they then told me I was responsible for getting the car towed to them now they are telling me I have to wait for it to be repaired and they don’t know how long that can be in the mean time keep paying my car note but be without a car until who knows when they tell you whatever they need to tell you to get you down there and then treat you like a piece of crap after they make the sell customer service doesn’t help you it seems they want to hinder you more than help you and the service department has a big problem with communication you can never talked to the desired person you want to talk to its ridiculous if I would have know that I would have to put up with this crap and not have a car a week later I would not have went there I’ve been on the phone with you guys numerous times for you guys to just tell me basically I screwed out of my money I’m not understanding how the piece of crap truck transmission goes out after a week and you guys can’t put me in another vehicle or a loaner these guys is full of crap and their vehicles STAY AWAY

La peor experiencia de mi vida con esta empresa.
2 años de haber comprado mi vehículo, con todos los pagos al día y nunca llego la registracion. Ahora para mi desgracia me decomisan el vehículo, el cual ya ellos lo tienen y aun sigo en lo mismo, sin mi vehículo, siguen cobrando y nadie da una solución efectiva y solo mentiras, nadie ahí se hace responsable, es un caso total que contesten, he pagado cerca de 11 mil dólares y ahora sin mi dinero y sin mi vehículo todo por la irresponsabilidad de esta empresa. Lo más lógico es que me repusieran por otro vehículo y que solucionen el problema que existe con el que yo compre. Pero ni eso, simplemente no les importa dar una solución al cliente. Hace 2 meses de esto y ni siquiera aun han presentado la documentación al DMV . Siento que tienen mucho personal con mucha ineptitud. Sobre todo los supervisores o gerentes de tiendas. Solo son buenos para vender, ya después de ahí no hacen nada bueno por el cliente.

Este esmuy malo son mentirosos nos vendieron una camioneta con trasmisión mala y un likeo del diferential la llevamos pa tras por la garantía y ya casi van 3 meses y no nos an resuelto muy irresponsable una ocasión el supuesto dueño le grito ami esposa son muy irresponsable no compren ahy

I went there, even though I had read a lot of negative reviews, and congratulate myself for doing so. I was helped by Gabriel S. Gonzalez, whom despite being so young, is extremely friendly, courteous, respectful and and hardworking. My credit score is challenged, yet he went above and beyond to help me drive off in the car that I wanted. The entire process was seamless and quite easy. I liked the step by step video explanation of the sales documentation, and thanks to Gabriel and his Sales Manager, I drove off the lot in a gorgeous car. I highly recommend Ganas Auto San Fernando to anyone looking for a good deal on an excellent vehicle. Trust their professionalism and willingness to help. You will not regret it.
