The worse car experience, Don't buy from here. I live in Tulare California and their closest repair shop is 1hour and 30 minutes from my house. It is a private own shop what you would call a pop and mom shop. Customer Service is rude including upper management. I was sold on the idea that they had a very good insurance and that the service department was fast and easy, but it was a lie. It took me a week for someone to find me an appointment and I had to call numerous times for it. They kept saying someone will call you in 24 hrs. Never happen. Will Never buy a car here EVER AGAIN.
After they ask me to call their number so they can help, they just left me more upset, they made fun of my and they were unable to resolve anything. Now they said I may have to pay a copay for my car to go to the mechanic. Did not offer to work with me whatsoever. I ask them if they can take the car for me since I don’t feel safe and all the guy kept saying was to look at my contract for what they can or can’t help me with. WORSE EXPERIENCE may have to start looking for some legal advice. Such horrible customer service.

La peor experiencia que e tenido mi carro se encuentra el la ciudad del monte van 2 beses que lo llevo por el mismo problema y según no el carro de ir caminando se paró no corre ni 5 millas llamo todos los días y es lo mismo que están trabajando en el la primera ves que lo lleve a lrepararlo al monte no sabían donde estaba el carro ellos mismos después de 3 meses me a blo una persona que el carro estaba listo fui el carro estaba parqueado todo lleno de basura como si nada más estuvo perqueado hay los 3 meses y según el carro no tenía nada en marzo nuevamente los mismos problemas de ir manejando se paró ya no quiso correr ni 5 millas la ciudad del el monte para servicio si te atienden ni te miran solo dejan que ables no te dan recibo que llevas tu carro a servicio según tú días nósticos te lo dan en 3 días tengo 2 semanas y aún llamo y no lo tienen pero el pago tiene que estar al día no se donde me metí ganas auto no lo recomiendo e tenido muy mala experiencia en el área de servicio mecánico por eso una estrella les doy lastima disen ayudar ala comunidad y solo se aprovechan de la comunidad
