Fab product and amazing service

Great product that I cannot wait to give to my friend for Christmas and also great communication between the customer service team as to tracking the parcel I ordered, due to the post office strike they were quick to respond to let me know it had been sent, will definitely buy from them again!

We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment . Sadly the Royal Mail strikes have caused significant disruption within the delivery network, creating a huge backlog that is taking time to get through.
We can assure you that your order was shipped from us on the 29th November, and should arrive with you shortly.
As Royal Mail have been going through a period of strike action which affected collections and deliveries on the 24th November, 25th November, 30th November and 1st December, and with more scheduled over the coming weeks, deliveries are taking longer than usual, and we thank you for your patience.
