Although the item is fine. I paid extra for express delivery. It came 5 days after the initial order, so I could have paid standard postage. Their customer service upon initial contact is AI, which is awful with its answers. Then the human customer service just set out to try and prove me wrong rather than help. It would seem that 48 hour delivery isn’t what it says it is. Their tracking said it wasn’t sent until 4 days after I ordered it, but their customer service rep managed to magically up a different one that was different to mine. As I said, the item is fine, they would have got a better review if they did t use AI and they were more helpful when it comes to charging more for postage that was no different to standard.

OMG! I just got my "f" necklace today, I absolutely love it! Excellent quality and a nice weight. The engraving is super fine and you really can't see it until you're super close up. So glad I bought it. The packaging is lovely. Thank you from one happy customer.

I was so excited to receive my Anxious AF Stainless Steel Necklace, until I opened it & realised the small disc that's engraved is so ridiculously tiny, it doesn't matter how close you are, it is illegible & way to small.
No where on the website does it actually say the disc size but it fits in a 5 cent piece.

I ordered 2 pendants.
1 x Gold and 1 x gunmetal. The chain is simple but easily swapped out. The pendants look great. Inscription is small so you would have to get close to read it, in case you’re concerned.

I was able to track everything from the moment of purchase. The item is as promised. Will be ordering gifts later in the year. You can't see the words on the pendant unless you really look closely, but you know they're there, staring at ppl.

I haven’t received the necklace I ordered over a month ago. I’ve emailed repeatedly I want a refund immediately. Appalled by the lack of response

I still have not recieved my product after 8 days even though the website stated 2 to 4 days. I've emailed 4 times now as it is aleady late for the birthday gift I purchased it for. My replies have been from bots and not a person, even though they state it's a small, family business. My product still hasn't even been processed after 8 days. Not impressed and not sure if this is a scam now.

Ordered for 1-2 day delivery and nothing has appeared or been shipped, and don’t bother trying with customer services nobody responds
