THINK OUSIDE THE FRAME I USED THIS TO FRAME MY MEDICINE CABINET FANTASTIC

Product arrived promptly, was nicely packed, fairly priced and looks great on my wall! And, MADE IN USA!

Frames are great! Great quality perfect for my pictures! Only gripe is the large frame has a hanging hook but the 8x10 ones don’t.

Shipping was super fast and the frames were packaged really safely. The frames themselves were great too and I think the pictures on the website were fairly accurate to what I received.

The mats were initially cut to the wrong measurements and I had trouble reaching customer service. I ended up writing to a sales person, who got it taken care of and I got the mats I needed.

A person should be able to easily reach customer service when they place an order. The vendor could include this information in the email notification they send when you ship an order, and it ought to be easy to find on the website.

Frames are very sturdy and shipped in wonderful protected packaging. The corners however, are not all consistently joined.

Something has changed. I have ordered the same product several times in the past 2 years and was very satisfied with the quality and service. This business appears to have sold and relocated from Ohio to Michigan, possibly merging with another frame business called Craig's Frames. (It's not clear, and it's annoying when businesses aren't transparent about changes they're making.)

I just ordered more of the same exact wood frames using the same website as before but the frames I received this time are clearly of inferior quality. The wood and grain is not as nice, the stain / finish is not as nice. (A few spots will need touching up.) The joints aren't as tight. The flex tabs are not in the right place, and some are really a mess.

When I ordered these frames last year customer service called me at home to discuss my order so that they could get it just right for me. This time, not only were my order instructions ignored, but the frames shipped immediately and no care was taken to reply to my request, let alone fulfill it.

Even the packaging is inferior. Last year these shipped with all cardboard packing, neatly arranged and carefully packaged with nice, reusable and recyclable packaging. This latest order came with a lot of plastic and foam packaging that can't be reused and is going straight into a landfill.

Overall, after opening my packages I am left with a feeling of disappointment. If this is your first time ordering, you might think the product is okay. But if you are a previous customer it's very disappointing to see the quality go down. I had spent a long time looking for a frame supplier that made the right product for my business and I thought that I had found it. I even told some peers about this supplier last year. Now I'm going to have to start my search again. Just so disappointing.

I have always received my orders promptly. I love that your company treats their employees in a tremendous way!! Everything is made right here in the US and that is very important to myself and my clients. I have always received excellent service! Thank you for everything!!

I received framed wedding photos from my husband for Christmas. These frames are so beautifully crafted and well made. The rich color of the walnut frames and the rustic finish of the barnwood frame, and high quality of the wood sets them apart from any other frames I've seen. I love that they are made here in the USA! This is true craftsmanship at its finest.

I asked for something a bit special (frames without glass) and I was immediately contacted via email to get more info so the frames were made correctly.

All my questions were answered in a timely manner and my frame was received a few days earlier than expected. The frame is beautiful and a wonderful compliment to my daughter's wedding picture. When my order didn't initially meet my needs, they bent over backwards to make it right, preparing a replacement and sending it to me right away. I bought the DIY kit for an odd sized print. The shipping time was accurate (albeit slow) and the product was wrapped and protected nicely. They items are loose, not pre-packaged--no scuffs, no scrapes. Included wire hangers and wall bumpers for the frame, but no hanging wire (-1 star). Frame was easy to assemble and fit tightly without glass, and without extra backing. Pleased with the final product. Will shop here again.
