the guys at Fone World were amazing, I went on Sunday afternoon with what I thought was water damage to the phone, he spent ages looking at the phone and discovered the real issue with the phone, the repair was completed very quickly after the part arrived the next day and was very good value

Just bought a second hand phone and needed to get a case and work out how to transfer everything from old phone and wipe it. The people in Fone World Bath, were brilliant! Did the transfer for me, provided the case I needed and bought my old phone, which covered the cost. Excellent service from people who knew what they were talking about, didnt treat me like an idiot and didn't try to rip me off. I would recommend them to anyone.

First i do not believe the reviews on trust pilot. There is no way that they get 100% on every review, even if they were good......they are the pits.
Poole store, replace a battery took 5 weeks they involved me in 4 return trips to the shop, on three i had a phone in a worse state than was given. They do not have any quality checks.
1. returned with moisture in screen.
2. returned with missing cover.
3. returned with faulty memory card holder. (they actually tried to jam a piece of car boar in to stop the memory card jumping out.
Each time it took over 7 days to send it to the "lab"
Incredibly bad service ! incredibly bad performance. I currently reporting them to trading standards.

Great and professional staff in a shop in Westfield, White City
I went to the shop in Westfield the other day in White City and the staff there were great. They were proactive and friendly, but not intrusive. They gave me a pleasant feeling. They could quickly find the problem of my phone and fixed it on the spot. They even provided me with a chair to have a seat while waiting for it. The friendly smile and gentle demeanor was a great help while I was distressed by the nonfunctional phone as a foreigner to the country.

I'm a technophobe! Farhan and Aman were immediately welcoming and quelled my anxieties. Aman listened carefully to the problem with my cell phone and managed to fix it quickly. I had taken it somewhere previously and they had been unable to put the problem right. So I was delighted. An excellent service.

Went in for a iPhone 12ams Pro cover. Gentleman (tall greying hair) showed me a range explained the pros and cons. Got a discount and added screen cover. Was polite friendly and well skilled at handling customers as he was serving me kept 2 other customers happy while they waited. Only a few days on but very happy so far
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... Avoid
I bought a device which was overheating, and kept turning off. Took it back, and explained the issue with the handset, they asked to have a look at it, less than 10 mins later brought the phone back and said that there was no fault in the device. I was rather disappointed that their assessment seemed not genuine, rushed and poorly done. I asked how they tested the device they then were unable to provide an explanation, and I was passed from one sales persons, to another until I got upset and demanded to speak to the manager. Clearly by this point, I made my concerns on the safety of the product to the manager. He apologised and said I was not entitled to a refund or even to be given a replacement.
Really poor customer service and satisfaction on this occasion. I have really learnt my lesson, to go to the trusted retailers in the future.

They don’t seem to have genuine items for sale. I got a set of Samsung earphones that didn’t work on one side. They argued on my return policy. Saying it works fine after checking on their end. Offered me a replacement but I had lost faith and had to keep asking for my refund till they reluctantly gave it.
And then the sales guy insulted me verbally making implications that I was Indian. !!?!?
