We repair all major brands including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, iPad, MacBook, and Windows laptops. Our most common repairs include cracked screens, battery replacements, charging port fixes, camera repairs, back glass replacements, and software issues. Most of these are completed in under 30 minutes while you wait. Every repair comes with a 12 month warranty as standard. Qualifying premium screen replacements are covered by a lifetime warranty. Voor reparatie's en mijn onhandige manier van omgaan met de moderne
apparaten heb ik de deskundigheid van The Phone Clinic soms nodig. Dat gaat altijd heel rustig en ontspannen maar vooral deskundig. Aan zijn vakkennis hoef je geen moment te twijfelen. Dus als het toestel van mijn vrouw door ""vrienden"" is aangepast en dus niet meer normaal werkt loop ik uit pure nood geboren naar the Phone Clinic. Dan blijkt dat er zoveel is ontregeld dat er een paar uur werk in is gaat zitten om te ontdekken wat er uitgespookt is . De tijd en de rust en vooral de vriendelijkheid waarmee de reparatie cq het herstel werd uitgevoerd betekende voor mij 85 en mijn vrouw 82 dat wij met onze klachten aan het juiste en beste adres waren. Ouderwetse en degelijke service die niet meer van deze tijd te mogen ervaren doet een mens goed. EEN TIEN MET EEN GRIFFEL.FRED EEN TEVREDEN KLANT.

Took my old i-pad which had died on me and they replaced the old battery at a reasonable price. Upon collection it was found that it was more serious and that its age was against it! ( It was, after all, one of the originals!)
I had searched on line for a refurbished later model with Amazon when I came to collect the old favorite! However, after some discussion, the guys at Phone Clinic were able to make an offer which undercut a nearby well known department store and deduct the cost of the paid for battery!!
More than happy and I now have a great piece of kit!!

Booked online for a £49, 30 minute repair for a phone screen. Arrived at store to be told it was £65 and one hour. When I showed the email I was told that if you book it’s £49 but walk-ins are £65! Questioned the one hour wait and was told ‘ok, 30 minutes’. Returned after 30 minutes, phone fixed. Offered a screen protector for £10, which I turned down. I was then told it was only £5! Was asked to pay cash for the repair, even though the card machine was working so that’s a red flag and then the laptop used for receipts etc ‘wasn’t working’ so I e yet to receive a receipt and any warranty.
This store is happy to overcharge if you aren’t careful and the request for cash was dodgy too. Avoid!

We deeply regret the oversight where our trainee staff requested cash payment and failed to provide an immediate receipt. Please rest assured that this incident does not reflect our usual protocols, and we are addressing it internally with our HR team to prevent future occurrences. For your records, we emailed the receipt the following morning, we hope you received it.
