The staff was very courteous and professional from when I stepped into the store.He was very willing to help sort my phone out and most importantly for me, he kept to the timeline he gave me shows regard and respect for my time.I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I have been in 4 times now and they have wrecked my phone. Do not trust these people...they take parts out of your phone and replace them with rubbish. Absolutely con artists.

Fone World Bracknell have been great. My son had his phone smashed by accident, both front and back. Ahmed took care of it in a manner well beyond what I expected. Like many you are always weary for scam artists but not in this case. Will definitely go back to Ahmed with any future mobile issues.

Brighton North Street; The bearded dude is none other than a lying scam artist out to rip everyone off. He sells duff stuff that doesn’t work properly.

This guy is fully aware of the crap his selling and will take your money with a big fake smile.

Upon returning to query your product this dirty scammer is in total denial and has the front to blame external 3rd parties for the product failure.

This guys gonna get a visit from the trading standards who will survey the crap he sell’s together with a full financial audit.

As a senior citizen i was impressed by the polite and friendly nature of the gentleman in the shop at Merry Hill at no time did he make me feel inferior at my lack of technical knowledge and also made my phone work again.

Fone World Oxford people were incredibly helpful and patient when helping us out with local SIMs.

Went to Boscombe store for replacement for cracked screen and battery on my sons iPhone XR. Had a few hiccups with the battery but Jafar was happy to help in fixing the issue. Even after my son dropped his phone and cracked the screen again causing more battery issues, Jafar changed the screen and battery with a discount and gave the phone a free service and screen protector! He has reassured me that any further issues, even when the warranty is finished, he'll be happy to help me out. Always friendly with me and the kids. Service with a smile! Thank you.

Terrible experience ! Please AVOID at all costs! Got my camera lenses repaired from the merryhill branch after two days they started falling apart and crumbling, went back to report the issue and the man was very rude!.. they also made me pay cash and didn’t provide a receipt!

Please DO NOT GO HERE!
They replaced my iPhone 11 Pro screen… within a few days all I could see was more issues, the screen glitches, went green and over a week my phone screen was completely black the phone didn’t work again, I took it to another place to get fixed … I then found out that this company had taken all my apple parts from my phone, battery etc.. and replaced it with non compatible ones, when this was not needed for a screen change - causing all my issues, they won’t refund money they don’t care they just “laugh” at you when you go back for help..

Save your money and go elsewhere

Visiting Bath, I entered Fone World with many questions. I met Zaman who went way above and beyond helping an old American with absolutely no knowledge of technology. He was kind and so very patient with me. I am grateful beyond words.

Merry Hill (Dudley): Not a clue what they’re doing, clearly know nothing about phone repairs, messed my IPhone up that bad that apple won’t even touch it to fix their mess now! Void warranty after their bodge job!
Returned it to them for a second time to fix the mess they made to begin with and they just made an even bigger mess… unprofessional staff, all talk with no clue what they’re doing at all!
Expensive phone turned into a worthless one! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Fone World, Peterborough: I viisted Fone World's Peterborough branch with a simcard issue which I needed to swap from one mobile phone to another (I'm not very 'tech savvy'). The two members of staff who dealt with my problem were very polite and got the issue sorted forthwith. They did not charge me and did not make me feel like a moron! Therefore, I would happily visit this shop again! A very high level of customer service!

Excellent service. great products and they won't overcharge you, they won't tell you to buy a product unless you actually need it. They fixed my phone very quickly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS and go anywhere but here for any sort of repair unless you trust your device with a bunch of monkies!. The repair to my phone was quite simply laughable, and they have ruined a £1200 phone. The back of my phone wasn't even glued down properly when I went to collect the first 2 times. The third time the 'brand new genuine Samsung screen' I paid for was obviously a second hand screen which was full of dust and covered in scratches which they tried to hide, they then tried to tell me it was normal. The owner is full of lies, and needless to say, I have reported to both the Merry Hill owners and trading standards who will both be investigating.
Five times I went back until the phone was in a physical condition that I was happy with but now I'm left with a phone screen that isn't very responsive and a broken charge port which worked perfectly before. My sim card was also lost, so my phone was returned with a newly fitted and ACTIVATED pay and go sim. This was confirmed by Vodafone, who said the sim was new and activated that same day. This was backed up with a text message to say that a new sim had been activated, which was time stamped at the time they had my phone in their possession. Again this was all denied by the owner so I strongly reccomend boycotting this shambles of a store completely!
I won't be using the so called 12 month warranty that they offered and instead I'll be seaking a refund to get my phone repaired professionally instead!

Don't trust any of the other '5 star ratings' either, as these are all FAKE REVIEWS which have also been reported to Google. Hopefully this place is shut down very soon to avoid ripping off unsuspecting customers. I'll see to it myself!

I popped into Foneworld in Bracknell with my very old iphone, it had died and I'd been told by Vodaphone that I wouldn't be able to retrieve any of my data either. The guys instore at Bracknell couldn't have been more helpful, they not only fixed the phone but refused to charge me as they hadn't replaced any parts. Would definitely recommend!
