Fine world Solihull was great. They ordered a new screen for my Motorola phone, let me know when it arrived in the shop & repaired my phone in just over an hour, with a screen protector. A great job, thank you.

I paid £190 for my screen to be replaced. Not only does the screen not fit - it protrudes not allowing my phone case to protect, it also has created a thick black line at the bottom and has reduced my screen size. Please do not use this shop, I asked for my old screen to be put back on and they refused.
They are not able to provide a like for like and only after, did they state to have a better screen it would cost £500.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

Whether you are living in Weston or in the local area this is the best phone shop around from my experience with both pricing and time , I came in on 2 separate occasions one of which my phone was locked and then a week later for a software update that logged me out my phone , charged me the first time and got the job sorted quickly and perfectly following exactly what I asked and the second time a week later they sorted the software update on the same day and for free since I was in a week prior , extremely nice staff , good quality work and for that will now be my go to choice for any technical issues whether it be phone or iPad ect , thank u

Zaman in Bath was really helpful and considerate in dealing with the very specific needs of my brother, a vulnerable adult. He set up a new phone package and also cleared a slow running tablet free of charge. In addition he offered support if he needs it.

When in to merryhill store had superb service off naz and pav really helpful lads will recommend all family and friends

Went to Bath branch - phone had a broken glass on back and a broken flash. I picked it back up - and soon realised he had broken the Credit card payment part - readers couldnt access my card. Returned 3 times that day - left phone will him for hours - came back and forth - he couldnt fix what he had broken it - so had to deal with it until I go to London and they can fix it. Only that evening realised he also had messed up the wifi too. And a day later - the entire glass on back smashed even with a cover on - as it hadn't been attached properly - also meaning the camera has broken and is hung out now. Couldn't be more terrible. Also to note I was at a restaurant waiting for return of the phone in Bath and the waitress knew the exact place- as they had broken her friends computer recently with their 'repair' and they had to return 3 times. Place should be avoided at all costs - and still havent even refunded original £120 I paid and I have a useless broken 13 MAX phone now.

My Galaxy S22 Ultra had a nasty deep scratch on the screen but these guys were super helpful and super efficient. My screen looks brand new. Excellent service and price. Would recommend to anyone. Well done guys. Thank you very much!
