Great service just here for appreciation for such professionalism throughout first I was a bit confused like I am going to book with them what will happen whether I will get everything on time or not but yeah after booking with them I got best ever services from flight itinerary to boarding passes there service stood out Agents like Rose , Hazel were exceptional and help me throughout my whole journey💯💯They are great recommend!!

ABSOLUTE WORST RUNNNN! dont believe the good reviews, they scammed my sister sent her a fake flight confirmation email scammed her off over £800 and kept telling her they were going to sort her out another flight ticket whilst she was at the airport for the flight they never booked her on in the first place as part of the scam. so heartless and mean to continue the scam to the point of her being at the airport. They began ignoring all her calls and never refunded her the money back DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS

I am writing with deep frustration regarding the ticket I booked in the month of June through your staff member, Ms. Rose Lewis , for my travel with British Airways on 10th September. Payment was made in full, and I received an e-ticket from your company.

When I attempted to complete web check-in yesterday using the details on the e-ticket, the system showed my ticket as invalid. I immediately contacted British Airways, and they confirmed that the ticket was not visible in their system.

I raised this issue with Ms. Rose Lewis, who assured me that she would complete the web check-in and send my boarding pass by 2:00 pm. I waited, but no boarding pass was received. Later, she falsely claimed there was a server issue and then stopped taking my calls.

When I contacted another staff member, I was informed that my ticket was invalid and that I would need to book with another airline. I refused, as I only wanted a refund. This staff member said she would contact the billing department and send me refund confirmation through email within 15 minutes. No such confirmation was received.

After further attempts to reach Ms. Rose, she again promised to send the refund confirmation within 15 minutes, but now more than 6 hours have passed without any update. Calls are still not being answered, leaving me without any solution.

As a result of this negligence and misinformation, my scheduled flight was missed. My connecting flight from Mumbai to Trivandrum for urgent family medical treatment has also been affected. I have therefore suffered financial loss, severe inconvenience, and emotional distress.

This experience amounts to fraud and complete breach of trust.

I have booked a flight with them to Zayed international from london Heathrow they booked the flight of me took a secure payment I have booked with one of my friend as well unfortunately due to some issues she had to cancel her journey I was worried like whether we will get our money back or not for one ticket I called them and told them my issue they were so kind and deal me out professionally help me out to get full refund of another ticket and I flied on my date with great services they booked leg room for me without any extra money provide me with my boarding passes.I will give them 10/10 for their honesty . My agent Rose Lewis actively answered all my calls and assisted me throughout my whole journey.I appreciate them. They are great release my stress of the travel towards another country. Thanks to them💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently booked a trip through Flightssharp, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. My experience was very bad. FlightSharp amounts to fraud and a complete breach of trust. I request customers not to book through this website as they are cheaters and liars and fraudsters. I got cheated for 510 pounds

I booked my flight with Flights Sharp and had an awesome experience! Everything was arranged exactly according to my preferences – from the seats to the meal. The agents were very polite, experienced, and professional.

I did face a small issue as I missed my flight (totally my mistake), but they quickly reissued my ticket and I was able to catch the very next flight on the same day. Their support was smooth and hassle-free.

Highly recommended from my side! If there were an option for 7 or 8 stars, I would definitely rate them 8 stars!

And prices were also good and the agents were in touch through out the flight my check in was done and boarding passes were issued and to be honest it was my best trip I recommend them.

I had a great experience booking my trip with FlightsSharp. The whole process was easy and smooth. What really stood out to me was how well-trained and helpful all the agents were.
Every agent I spoke to knew exactly what they were doing. They answered my questions clearly, helped me find the best options, and were very polite the whole time. It’s obvious that the company puts a lot of effort into training their staff

If there was an option for -0, this would be more fitting than 1 star. Poor customer experience and service. A company that sells itself to be a trusted source for assisting travellers to book flights and then failing that is completely unacceptable when that is the basis of a travel agent company. Please be careful of this company if you wish to book a flight and think you’ll be boarded on the flight for your day of departure. Poor communication and rectification for a holiday package that was booked 6 months prior to find out the flight hadn’t even been booked and was given poor excuses of the money being rejected by the airline on the DAY of departure. Money had already been taken out of the account so to the customer’s knowledge everything had been booked but no follow up from the company until the customer called??? How absurd! In future following up immediately with the customer when this happens is imperative and should just be a basic Standard to avoid nasty surprises. And when such incidents happen, a complete refund should be issued effective immediately rather than customers chasing your services throughout the day with no progress if you don’t actually intend to rectify or compensate the situation at all, which is what happened. Absolutely horrifying to be on the end of such a horrible experience. Be truthful, it’s simple.

Horrible company, their customer support is non existent. All they do is lie and act completely unprofessionally, seems like it’s being run from someone’s shed. Avoid if you value your money and mental health

Stay clear of Flights Sharp! Nimal supposedly booked my flight and sent an email confirmation of my E-Ticket from BA only to find the day of my flight at Heathrow that I hadn’t been booked on.

They strung me along telling me they would re book my flight for the next day and never did. Each time I called they put me on hold and then hung up! There was no mention of a refund, I have to chase it with my bank.

Stay clear of them this is a scam. Nimal, Amy & Jenny are the names they use. They also have accents that originate from South Asia.

I booked a flight with Flightssharp.group and i have to say the experience was good.payment was secure and hassel free and I received my ticket within 24 hours i highly recommend giving flightsharp a try . They provided me my boarding pass before 24 hours of my flight .Highly recommend

This company will leave you high and dry looks all good on the face when you receive your tickets instantly but they will never book your tickets
I found out 20 days before I was due to fly out these people at the company all the same it’s as though it’s scripted what they have to say promised me I’ll be put on another flight but wouldn’t provide any details then wouldn’t answer your call
I got my money back through the bank but wouldn’t provide any advise to avoid this company and report them
