I strongly advise against using this company if you are thinking of saving money. My experience with them was extremely disappointing and costly. In fact, they never even booked the flights in the first place.

The number of problems I encountered was overwhelming—I would honestly need an entire page just to explain them all. Sadly, many other reviews reflect the exact same issues I faced.

If you value your money and peace of mind, please choose a reputable company instead. Always check platforms like Trustpilot before parting with your money to avoid the frustration and loss that I went through.

Biggest scammer and fraud, do not loose your money. Took the money for return tickets. Issued a fake ticket, all the agents include priya gill, Marie and any name they will say all are fake and all of them lying to you. When i went to the airport, Emirates says tickets not been issued, when i called they started lying that they will issue the tickets in 30 mnts, but flight left but they didnt issue the ticket. They stop picking up calls left me and my family helpless at 10pm and had to go to the hotel and next day had to buy another ticket worth £3000. I made a huge financial loss. Any good review will see is manipulated, not genuine. Go through with all the reviews. They dnt have heart. They can rip you off calmly. Together i wasted 2280+3000=£ 5280 for 3 people to india and huge stress. Lodged complain to trading standard and started legal procedure but website is not working now. Looks like company is disolved.

SCAMMERS!!! I really hope people are reading the reviews before reading them unlike me :( before using them. They are very pleasant at the time of booking and even until the day of travel and then everything possible goes wrong. I booked India tickets with them in June paying full price and they issued me a face e-ticket that only showed on airline website for 24-48 hours which discovered a month later when I went back in to add in some personal details. Then they issued another e-ticket that lasted for few days and then another. Strange thing is they keep talking to you consoling everything is fine till the last moment. On the previous evening of my travel I had no tickets and had to be booked again and have lost all my money. They did offer me another travel which was one way ticket only which is another type of Scam these guys do. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. They F………. b………need to be caught and bloody put behind the bars. Wish each one of the agents have the same suffering as I had during the booking process.

I have heard of scammers but these are devils. They’re evil and heartless. As I am writing now at 2:50 pm on Sunday 17 August my sister in law and her husband and child are stuck in Zimbabwe because these scammers have not booked their return flight to UK. They turn off their phones and tell you that they have sorted everything. They use fake names like Rose, Sophie etc and keep changing names even when you can tell it’s the same person you have been talking to. I’m yet to write a full review but wanted people to be careful of these people because you will rot away from home if you ever try to book with them. Seriously evil ladies who don’t care about the stress they cause to you and your family.

Scammers and fraudulent actvity. They have not refunded my money and 1 month later i am still waiting. I had to pay cash at the airport to the airline as the credit card they used was fraudulent, they promised to refund me immediately and 1 month later i am still waiting. DO NOT USE! they need to be shutdown!

I have books my seats but I seen their reviews are no great then I am not happy and I requested them for refund and they are refund my money within a 10 minutes my account. So no complaints.

My dad rang them to book tickets, took all the money out of his account after he gave his bank details to put some tickets on hold.
Never received any confirmation.
Called them the next morning and asked for a refund, they then proceeded to ask for the bank details again…and then tried to take more money out of the account.

Just be careful these people are scammers they scam with me and my wife. We booked our flight tickets in January 2025 and our flight sposuedto on 25th july and they gave us fake tickets. These people are psychological scammers !! They go the extra mile to play mind games whilst taking your money. For example they make you believe they've booked your flight send you e tickets but when you turn up to the airport the tickets are fake ! They cancel the fight without your knowledge and keep the refund!They promise to give refund but take extra money from your account. They make you think they are trying to help but pass you around like a tool , HARLEEN pretends to be very helpful but she's part of the game plan. They've also got a sister company DS dreams holiday who poses as the finance department! They attempted to steal. £1900 from account 3 x thank God my bank blocked their attempts. Honestly this flightssharp are sophisticated criminals !!! A cut above the rest . Please be careful as they are bouncing off other sites such as fly sharp and and others, I did not intentionally go on to flightssharp they diverted me some how.

Please stay away from these people. They are SCAMMERS. Even Professional SCAMMERS. I have booked my tickets on 14th january 2025 for 25 july and 7 August with their staff member HENNA. She sent me fake tickets same day. When we checked on website there was nothing. I called again and asked her about that then she replied, sometimes it happen. We need to wait for that. She assured me it will be shown before a week from fly. So from 15 days we tried to call them. All the time HENNA told us i will send you ticket by 10 am sometimes by 4pm then she disconnected my calls and put me on hold for 1 hour and 2hours. I tried to talk with other staff members like JAHNVI, SOPHIE, HEZEL And PRIYA they all knows my name and when they picked the call, after asking my name they disconnected directly. On 24of july HENNA told me she cannot give me ticket for 25 July. I had to visit India after 3 years. I was waiting from 3 years to go. My family organised an event for me and Today its 5th August, I am still here in the UK. They told my husband they will refund our money and now they just disconnected the calls. We almost done 60-70 calls but maximum of 10 they receive and put on hold. They spoiled my 3 functions and my festival like RAKHI. I am fully stressed. They didn’t give me tickets and didn’t give refund. I have paid money and still have nothing. Today they told me to they are not giving me anything just call your bank about payment and disconnected the calls.

Hello.
please be advised that this company , stated that they were associated with Brightsun-Travel and we contacted Brightsun and they confirmed that this company is NOT associated with them.

We speaking to Henna (not sure if this her real name) she is Indian or Pakistani , her accent is that from India

When my wife booked the holiday and told me , I asked her with whom she booked and when she told me , i told her we dont know these people but she said they part of Brightsun travel , which as I said they are not. I was 100% correct.

Re payment , they took , payment via Paypal , using a link , we paid by American Express.

Then we did not get the booking details immediately, after may be 5-6 days we got the e-ticket for the airline, we checked it was there, but not live , (assume they not paid for it) , then again after few days, of chasing the hotel , we finally go the resort details.

We checked with directly with the resort and we found they did not have anything , we told HENNA, she said, its there , try again , we contacted the resort again by email and they confirmed the booking is there. so we were happy , then after a lot of chats, transfers, there were no transfers from and to the hotel , HENNA said there was all included , we checked with the resort, they confirmed no transfer as the booking came via 3rd party and not direct to them, so again we fought with HENNA, she then suggested we wait until January 2025, so that she get some offers and apply one to us. So we agreed .

Now on 21/1/25 , she sent us an email with the transfer details, we contacted the agent , they confirmed it was there and pre-paid, so we felt ok , good, but when we checked the details , it was the wrong hotel , so we gave the booking details to the transfer agent and they amended it and all was good. So at this stage we have flight maybe/hotel ok /transfer ok

On the 9/2/25 , we started to re-confirm the hotel and transfers and the airline.

1. The transfer agent said the booking was cancelled on 22/1/25, which we were never advised of, and they said cancelled by the customer/ ?? LOL so this is what scammers do .

2. The hotel , confirmed the booking but then said payment is on arrival, we said no we already paid, they said no , you have to pay $1,940 USD on arrival , we again said we already paid and sent them the confirmation of payment, they said , no , this is 3rd party booking and you been booked as to pay on arrival , and if you dont pay u wil not get into the resort , you be on the street,

So , at this stage we have no transfers and no hotel as the travel agent not paid ...

We check with air-canada, they confirm the booking is there , but not LIVE.

Based on the above , we cannot trust this booking as they can cancel without notice and we be left stranded

Based on the above , we opened a dispute with PAYPAL to say we would like a full refund as we cannot trust the travel agent on the above information.

PAYPAL has opened the dispute and have advised us that we covered under the paypal payment insurance , so thats good.

The travel against is now saying that they gave us all and that we cancelled the booking , as u can see typical of scammers and lowlife travel agents ,

HENNA should be ashamed of herself.

We are waiting for PAYPAL to refund us , so that we can book another holiday with a far better reputation then this FLIGHTSSHARP

I called the company after finding the contact detail 02045259005 on Internet. One of the agent offered me the ticket for reasonable price so I along with my wife start dealing over whats app messages (under 02045259005 )and phone. We paid but never received any confirmation. Payment was taken under two transaction,name lyca fly and Cathaypa we frequently chased but never received any prompt communication. Upon further research I found many victims from this company
