Dear all, please report to police cyber crime department, action fraud uk. I did it and they are taking action with them.
I claimed my money from my credit card as this company is a fraud. They are scammers. Playing with our hard earned money. Advisors are not educated, cant speak proper english and they all liers. Please report to company house aswell.

Thieves, scammers and liars. Rose and your team you robbed my family over £5000 for flight tickets that never existed. You also ruined our holiday in Morocco paying our hotel using a fake credit card. May all your bodies be struck by leprosy till you are left with no flesh. We will not rest until you pay us back our monies.

I paid a total of £2,208 for a flight booking handled by an agent named Haarleen Kaur through FlightSharp Ltd. I received an electronic ticket, but when I checked directly with Qatar Airways, the booking did not exist in their system.

When I called FlightSharp Ltd for help, different people kept answering the phone each time, and I had to repeat my details over and over. I was even asked for sensitive information such as my bank account number, and they sent me an approval request asking me to accept it, which made me uncomfortable.

My issue was not resolved, and I ended up without a valid ticket despite paying the full amount. I’m sharing my experience so others can be cautious and verify any booking directly with the airline before trusting .

People work hard to earn their money. Many of them are simply trying to support their families or handle important responsibilities, such as medical emergencies. Yet in just a moment, you scammers take advantage of their trust and steal their money so easily.

If you believe in karma, remember that your actions will come back to you. The money you gain through fraud will never bring you peace or real happiness. I genuinely hope that one day you realize the pain you’ve caused and understand the wrongdoing behind your actions.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I feel I was misled and treated unfairly regarding my ticket purchase, which cost me £5,000. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but they do not respond — they put me on hold and never come back to the call.

Because of this stressful situation, I have informed my bank and also notified my friends. I am preparing to take this matter to court.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before booking with them.

I had to go to India and you guys kept telling me, “You’ll get your ticket 15 days in advance, don’t worry, we’ll give it to you, the ticket will be with the live airline.” But all of that was completely false. Nothing you said was true. I kept waiting and waiting, and you just kept giving excuses. This whole thing was handled so badly. If you can’t give the ticket on time then don’t make fake promises. This is really unprofessional and caused me a lot of stress for no reason.

Scammed a friend for £1500 and still acting like they are working on it or issuing refund

I paid over £1500 for two flights on 12 September 2025. I received a PDF labelled “e-tickets” which turned out to be not genuine airline tickets. When I questioned it, I was given new excuses each time- “promotional tickets,” “in queue,” “next week,” “end of October,” “beginning of November.”
Weeks of promises, zero real tickets.

Raised a bank dispute, reported the case to Citizens Advice and Action Fraud, after discovering numerous other customers reporting the same pattern.

This company took my money, failed to deliver any valid tickets, and kept me going in circles with delays and false assurances.

PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY TO ACTION FRAUD AND TRADING STANDARDS.

Point of contact was Priyah and bunch of other ladies. My experience with Fly Sharp has been absolutely awful. After taking full payment for my tickets, Fly Sharp issued me what looked like genuine booking details but the airline confirmed that the reference numbers were fake and no booking existed at all.

A payment was made to FLIGHTS HUNT LTD and emails correspondences received from FlightsSharp and Fly Sharp. I have reported both companies (Flights Hunt and FlightsSharp) which are registered as genuine companies.

After several days of reassurance, i still hadn't received my flight tickets, the hotel booking was not not paid for when I checked. I contacted Fly Sharp for a refund which they said will be refunded in 5 working days, but despite several attempts, I have not received a single penny back. What’s even more frustrating is that they have now completely stopped responding to my calls and messages.

This has been the worst travel booking experience I’ve ever had. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is shocking. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before booking anything through Fly Sharp.

DEVASTATED! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! £7000

Family booked a family of 6 person flight - we started our initial instalment payment on the Jan 2025 and due to travel tomorrow!

Through out the journey they communicated very professionally, all up to date conversation - our rep was the one and only **Priyah**, promised everything of the world and lied every single process.

The final payment was due and we paid and received a FAKE E TICKET, which had all the information.

The airlines I rang told me this was a SCAM and don't attend the airport!

When I confronted the agent regarding this scam said "sir we are UK based and come down we are on the 3rd floor" so, I did and to my surprise there was no office but a young lady telling us that FLIGHT SHARP does not exist and please report it to the police.

This company as mentioned in the previous review that this is a BIG scam! I have full paid for my ticket was due to fly today, the fake E-tickets arrived and I went to the airport and was turned away as having no reservations or acknowledged of any flight booked under my name, they operate under many names ... those of you reading this & havr booked immediately cancell, as this may come to a shock hearing the reality! The office based in shorditch doesn't exist at all (virtual) the company there when visited said "we've had over 40 people turn up looking for this company, but its a fraudulent company!" I lost over £1400 & no flight, reported it to my bank and police who are now investigating the company! Please please dont YOU DARE book with them. This company is dangerous if it ever exists. People, this company is based in India and they have a WhatsApp number from London which they use to steal or scam people. They hide under a couple of trade names and when they stole my money they were swindling through AONE Flights. They’re thieves and they’re professional thieves. You speak to their so called agents with different names like Sophie and Rose Lewis. They’re big crooks in India with their big fish here in the UK. I lost over £5000 which I am currently suing them for. If you are human, take this warning and don’t book with these scammers. Be careful about the positive reviews they are made from their friends or staff to lure you to believing them. Don’t say you were not warned. These crooks are evil and heartless. Don’t be fooled by their sweet tongue. You will be damed if you pay a single penny to these muggers. They’re as good as the devil himself. I won’t rest until they’ve all been consumed by maggots. Fake people. Swindling people’s hard earned cash can lead to death. Be careful!

Avoid this company at all cost. They charge you for your tickets but never issues them and then on your last day before travelling, they will tell you that no tickets been issued. It cost me more then £4500 with no refunds. Please avoid at all cost. For 2 months they've kept lying about tickets. Fraud. Avoid.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SCAMM - FRAUD
I booked tickets and paid for it 2 months ago. I keep requesting my tickets to be issued and every time I've been told that the company hold the tickets in case of any changes. Send loads of emails / and WhatsApp messages and then been told a day before the flight the no tickets been booked. It has ruined the family trip and kids who were really looking forward for this trip. The whole trip cost us more then £5000 with no refunds. please report this company.

After paying nearly £2000 for tickets back in February, I was told the day before my flight, after chasing tickets for a week, that they had not booked them. I was told they would get me on another flight after spending days on the phone, continuously being hung up on, cut off, and spoken to very rudely by their "customer services" these tickets were also never booked. I have now reported the company and their director to a legal representative for fraudulent misrepresentation under the Fraud Act 2006 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. A formal complaint has also been submitted to Action Fraud and the UK Trading Standards Services. HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!!

First of all I would like to say thank you to Sophie(her contact number is 02037642528 but she said she works for Flights sharp which their telephone number is 02046141820. This telephone number is also can be seen on the travel agent called Flights Hunt travel agency which is a different travel agent totally. Now when I call the number 02046141820 they claim they are Crystal Travels.

This is absolutely not clear all this telephone numbers kind of linked together, Its making customer to get so confused as to whom they actually order the ticket.

Finally Sophie agees to help me and told me that the person who book my ticket (Jay) works for Flights sharp and she have all my booked ticket and she also verified the last 4 digit of my bank card, Sound very true since she have my details, however they still have not issued my eticket despite having all the details. She puzzled as to why Jay the agent has not explain any detail pertaining to my booking. I called Malaysian airlines there is no booking under my name. According to Sophie from Flights sharp promised the ticket will be released on the Friday the 10th and my extra money deducted from my card will also be credited back to my account.

After reading all the review I am worried this could be a scam. It seems this agencies have a black mole somewhere within the company( this is my opinion based on my experience) who not issuing tickets after collecting the full amount.
I booked this ticket to go home to meet my mom who is ill and i also do not have enough money to buy another ticket.

I am just hopeful that Sophie from Flights sharp will recover my ticket. I do not want to jump to a conclusion quickly that this a bogus travel agent, I will wait till 10th if this is actually true as ticket is genuine.

I have raised this to my bank and I was advised to wait till the 10th.
Also this company has been operating since August 2023 ,that kind of make it more suspicious with all that bad review which this travel agent got within 2 years time.

Kindly sort my ticket out, its very devasting.
