I have used Flight House to book flights and found them to be extremely efficient, especially Adan who has been very helpful and his approach to customer care being second to none. He also managed to find me very good deals when searching for multicity flights!

Adan was very helpful and professional in his approach presenting different flight options and proposing the best options in terms of timing, transit time and costs. He responded quickly to queries and even worked extra time on his shift to make sure the booking was confirmed before finishing for the day.

The person I dealt with at Flight House was Leo Kent. I found him to be professional, courteous and very prompt. The speed at which he responds and with great choices and advice regarding flights is astonishing. I have not had previous dealings with Flight House so I was apprehensive at first but having received such good service through Leo, I would certainly recommend them to family & friends.

Adam was very attentive to my needs. He went out of his way to make sure I could change a flight when I was in a very awkward situation.

Very helpful and knowledgeable ( Eric) phoned me several times to ensure I had all information.

Excellent customer care as I was listened to attentively, given valuable advice and feedback.

Sam was excellent in communicating and assisted me greatly in getting my booking for a flight promptly.

He kept to his word and did keep me well informed of what he was doing and delivered what I wanted to get the booking on a flight I requested.
