Adan Yuhanna of Flighthouse went above and beyond the call of duty in simplifying my own over complicated bookings at short notice, doing all she could to help and succeeding. I will certainly use Flighthouse and Adan in future if I can. I go to Australia at least once or twice a year. Adan was also delightful and with a helpful phone manner.

Leo has been outstanding. From initially finding the right flights on the right day at the time we wanted, guiding us through everything needed and explaining every step, and then when we had to reschedule everything due to a slipped disc and not being allowed to travel, Leo organised everything. He re-arranged everything for us, even to the point of suggesting a couple of extra days which in the long run saved over £1500. Cant praise him enough

This is the first time I have travelled since 2015 and I had a very complicated flight plan. Adan worked very hard to resolve all my issues to find the best flight connections for me within a tight budget.He was patient, helpful, polite and courteous at all times and followed up with me without being too pushy. I am very happy with his service.
