How on earth could a regular customer by a ticket from an agent like flight house for close to £1000 and the customer called to tell them that the journey would not be possible due to some insecurity at the destination.The agent ask the customer to call back a day before the travelling date, the customer was involved in a road accident around the very time that was meant to call, but later call back few weeks to report what happened and was now asking the same agent to help in giving another date but your agent said that’s NO SHOW. The customer pleaded to them not to use the circumstances to give such a callous fadict ,all the pleas fell in the deaf hears of the agent
HOW CAN THEY MADE HIM LOST SUCH AN HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY A REGULAR CUSTOMER

Nathan was very clear and helpful regarding booking tickets to flights to and from Kuala Lumpur and always kept in touch and informed me with all the details. He’s doing a great job and made my experience a lot quicker and easier.
