We used Fleetsmart for fitting dashcams in the company vans.

Excellent service from booking in the works to the works being completed. Very efficient and would use again.

Really pleased with the service, communication excellent at all stages and the engineer arrived on time and very courteous. Job completed and everything working fine.

Engineer arrived early, this worked well for us as we were able to get the vehicle back out delivering sooner than expected, all work was completed in a friendly and efficient manner – no complaints 😊

Been with Fleetsmart for over 12 months now and I can’t recommend them enough. I have been with Radius then Ram previously and they can’t touch Fleetsmart for customer service and reliability. From getting the devices installed to the aftercare support they have been faultless and can’t do too much for you. They respond to every email straight away compared to the other tracking companies we have used, that take days and sometime weeks! Wish we signed up with them sooner. Thank you.

having a had trackers fittted many years ago and giving up on poor back up and service . we were wary of going down this rout again however after a consultation with fletsmart we decided to give it a go. i have to say the whole process from start to finished install was seamless . we have 16 vehicles and have after 3 month seen a reduction in fuel and a better awarness of driving by the engineers .

We have 23 vans tracked with Fleetsmart, we have had them installed for just over two years now and never had a problem, the software is easy to use and has some good reporting features.

We do like to keep the vans up to date so are always upgrading the fleet, this is never a problem and an engineer is always on hand to assist swapping out trackers and re-installing them in the new van's.
