Almost 10 years' experience working with Fleetsmart. They are an excellent company to work with and have a very helpful support team. The tracker system is very easy to use and makes it easy to manage MOT and service dates on our fleet of 15 vehicles. Great system and brilliant service.

We've been using Fleetsmart for approx the last 2 years, and have always found the service from their team, particularly Macey Todd, incredibly accommodating.

She is responsive, adaptable and efficient in her responses.

Only small niggle is that I feel the user experience could be made slightly simpler when on the site/app itself, however once you've gotten your head around it it's fairly manageable.

Always good swift communication with Service Desk when I need help with removing/installing trackers.

I feel that I can give an honest opinion of Fleetsmart having just completed our 3rd year with them. We have 3 vehicles tracked with them. The sales team were excellent providing us just the right solution for our very small company. They provided GPS trackers that are a very simple two wire installation directly to the battery (however we have hidden ours a bit better than that!). Once fitted they connect up to the web interface in which you can set up your users to have all sorts of differing access including limiting who can see which vehicles.

The system is so easy to use, as part of it we tagged in access for my 88 year old mother so she can see where we are to offer her some reassurance, she accesses on her iphone via the app and has no problems whatsoever, so it's very simple to use.

Despite being basic devices, they provide all the millage tracking, accuracy and even driver behaviour data that you could want, especially as a small business. We only got them to track our business millage but the system is so useful it's use in our business has expanded considerably.

Over the three years we have had 1 issue with 1 tracker where it stopped relaying information. We phone Fleetsmart support and they had it resolved within 5 minutes.

The cost is very reasonable for everything they offer but the best thing is they are continually releasing new updates for the system. Driver behaviour was added a few months ago which has been quite the eye opener!

We have been using Fleetsmart for 10 years now. They offer an excellent service. The app and desktop versions are easy to navigate. When we need trackers and dashcams fitted the engineers are easy to book and very professional. I highly recommend this Company.

We had an engineer arrive to de-fit and refit into another vehicle. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I noticed on our tracking system that the tracker was not working so I asked the engineer to have another look, he went and fixed it with no issues! 5 star service.

We have used Fleetsmart for around 10 years and always had good service. We recently had issues with a couple of the trackers. The engineers sorted direct with the lads, and went out to site to fix. We had a couple of weeks without trackers on the vans which was not ideal, but overall the process was good and they are both sorted now.
