Excellent service appointment
We needed a service appointment for one of our vehicles as the gps was only working in the UK and Netherlands. I spoke with Abbie who swiftly sorted out a service appointment. The engineer, James was really cheerful, arrived on time a quickly changed the gps sensor. All in all a great experience. We have been with Fleetsmart for about 6 months and could not fault them.

Worked with Fleetsmart for about 18 months now. I personally find their Tracking system the best on the market. We shopped around a lot before deciding on them and had previously used one of the most well known systems, which didn't come close to Fleetsmart. The maps are really easy on the eye and the system works very well. In 18 months we've had just one occasion when one vehicle tracker went awol - but was back online within minutes of reporting the issue - in comparison, our previous system would regularly 'lose' vehicles for hours on end.
Customer service is excellent - friendly and efficient. Just recently added another vehicle to our plan, requested Friday - installed on Tuesday, no problems at all. Would highly recommend.

I’ve never had anything but great experiences with FleetSmart. So easy to book, always have availability quickly, lovely staff and super helpful! I’ve used them for four years now and only had one problem which was fixed literally the next day.

If I’m being honest the whole process from booking to installation is a breeze, we always get almost instant replies to emails and the booking process is extremely straight forward and simple.
As it stands I cant think of a way to improve what you are already doing.

I was super impressed with you service…
I was super impressed with you service from my initial conversation with Chelsea, the demonstration of the product, your customer service department, and the fitting of the device by your engineer. Hopefully in the coming weeks we need another two trackers.
I’m currently getting to know the system but so far, it seems to tick all the boxes needed and more.
