Possible Scam website, AVOID.
Not great. Company advertise domestic UK delivery and a 48hr shipping service. I needed my parcel in 48 hours and I would’ve paid extra to ensure this happened but there was only one shipping option. I picked it and have had an update saying my package will arrive 03-10 November? It’s for Halloween, this shipping is useless. Not only that, but the “domestic UK delivery” is a lie because the tracker system has steps like “in transit”, “arrival in destination country” etc., clearly indicating this is shipped from out the UK. Very disappointed. They are also leaving small charges on my account, I woke up and noticed they siphoned another £4.27 from my bank account today, and my banking app tells me they are located outside the UK? Possible scam?
EDIT: I have sent you three emails to the address, I can see from your other reviews this message you send is a stupid automated response, and I’m not happy at all. I’m disputing the payment, you’ve had more than enough time to CANCEL AND REFUND my order, yet you are still sending me updates about my parcel being shipped when I EMAILED WAY BEFORE YOU SENT IT, asking you to NOT SEND IT because I DO NOT WANT IT.

Ordered from flash discount haven’t received order yet! Noticed 2 extra charges on my statement. I then made the mistake of reordering but realised what I had done and cancelled straight away. BUT the monies still went out of my account after cancellation. I’m now going to inform my bank to recover all monies they owe me. Would not recommend this company . So apparently flash discount has replied to my review with what nothing but the same printed reply they give to everyone still no order arrived but my bank as refunded to of the payment that flash discount took without my consent from my account. I should get the rest returned once they’ve followed my complaint through. Thank you Barclays for your quick response. I truly would NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Random transaction no communication
Received the toy but took another £12.79 2 days later and put me on a subscription. I have been trying to contact the company as I've seen the transactions so the phone line is useless and the when calling it just directs you to an email which is meant to be replied to within 24 hours which has not happened. I have now gone though my bank to get this sorted out as I am thoroughly disappointed by the gross lack of communication. I will never use this site again or recommend it!!!! I don't want a subscription or any more money taken from me as this purchase has been very expensive

Not happy
I ordered 3 hat and scarf sets for presents from this company. When I placed my order, I declined membership to their VIP club. However, I found that they took £9.18 from my bank account, presumably for membership. I tried telephoning and just got an answerphone. I emailed them and got no response .I filled in one of their forms, asking for a refund and cancellation. This was ignored. I then went through my bank and have now received a refund.
The goods arrived today. I am very disappointed
They are much poorer quality than shown in the photos and do not have an opening to thread the scarf through. I thought of returning them, but doubt whether I will receive a refund.
I will never use this company again. I suggest others avoid it.

Avoid at costs. Product nothing like the pictures, they mislead on purpose to get your money. I bought the wolf mask and it was complete joke compared to what was advertised and clearly a cheap printed piece of rubber. Requested a refund but had no reply, not surprised. It’s a scam.

This company should be avoided at all cost. My order did finally arrive, but to late for Halloween. Then they started to take money from my account with ought my authorisation. Managed to stop any further payments. But when contacted the company the reply was a pre / used all the time message. never again will I use them.

Missing parcel
I ordered something. They sent me emails with updates on the order, but then at some point they said there will be a delay and I never heard back since then. The order was placed towards the end of September and never received the parcel. I tried to get in touch with them via email, using the email address provided and no one is getting back to me. I want to mention that there was no order number or anything, so I can't check the status. It is the worst experience I've ever had.
I sent already a few emails to the email address provided, but no one is getting back.
Before buying from them think twice.
