Always very easy to order parts and very quick on the postage

had the part I needed at a fair price and delivered within 4 days.

I ordered a washing machine part on 8th April 2026. I received it within 2 days which I was happy with.
However, the part I requested was a complete different part to what I had received.
I requested a return as soon as I opened it and they have stated that they will conduct an internal enquiry on 13th April.
I have not been told about how to return the item as of yet.
I have then emailed on the 24th explaining the above and how I am yet without the part and driving with clothes to my family members.
I am still without a reply.
Extremely frustrated that I ordered this 3 weeks ago and yet without any clear communication or guidance.
I am without a refund and a part that doesn’t fit. I have paid £6.95 for handling and shipping.

Never arrived. I ordered a washing machine handle from fixpart. It never arrived. I have had numerous emails back and forth with them with no resolution. I ended up ordering directly from the manufacturer which arrived in days. These are drop shippers and seem to be ordering themselves from the manufacturer then charging you double. Do not use this website.

Finding the part and ordering it was fine, all down hill from then. The following day got an email saying it had cleared customs and a week later still nothing. DPD UK confirmed they have not received it in their system so there's nothing they can do. Can't get any sensible response from FIXPART, robot AI responses with no follow up. They simply don't care! Had I known before ordering that the part was coming from overseas I would never have ordered it from them. I doubt I will see my part nor a refund. I will never use this company again and will share my experience with anyone needing spare parts to help them avoid making my mistake.

Great website, easy to use. The parts I ordered came through via FedEx and were easy enough to install, the price and availability was great and so I'm happy with my experience. The only thing others may struggle with is the email confirmation was in Italian, and I had to convert it to work out what was happening and when.

Avoid!!
Ordered a part for a washing machine repair, it took 20 days for it to arrive despite fixpart claiming "next day delivery".
To make matters worse, refused to accept a return.
What a waste of time and money, now left with a part I dont need.

Save time and effort by just throwing money out the window.
Scammers!

I ordered a replacement latch for a microwave door. The website showed it as in stock, but after a week, there was no update or delivery. I reached out to customer support and was told it was in fact not in stock, and would be arount 4 weeks lead time. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me, which they said they would. I then ordered the part elsewhere (note it was still showing as in stock on the fixpart website). Days later I got an email saying it had been despatched by fixpart. When it eventually arrived I then had to go throug the returns process, paying for my own return on something I had asked them to cancel before it had ben shipped. Now the return apparently hast arrived after a further 2 weeks and I have no refund.

Ordered a door seal for my freezer on the companies recomendation. When it arrived it was too big. After lots of to and froing with emails they finally sent a return label and refunded all my money. They sent another link stating that seal would fit. It was the correct size however the packaging was terrible the seal was mangled and impossible to fit. I emediately emaiked them with pics and its like they werent even reading them properly! After around 10 emails they finaly sent a return label but wanted to charge me for the return stating i had ordered the wrong size! The size was fine it was the mangled condition of the seal. Absolutely disgusting customer service and i wonder if they deliberately drag their feet so that i dont meet the 14 day returns. I believe if i do pay tge £6 odd they want to charge for return they wont refund me due to the state of the seal.
I am now going to take it uo with my credit card company and trading standards.
I would not reccomend this company
