Strongly avoid at all costs. after 16 month things still are not right. after receiving my van back from the first time of repair. they had incorrectly fitted a window, carpet was hanging off the interior and there was multiple failings in the paint.2 days later the door fell off (no im not joking) they had the van back for a second time the could not rectify the the window problem so the van had to go to a camper conversion specialist. when I received it back I had a panel flapping about with multiple fixings missing and areas unpainted. lacquer pealing and paint blistering. they had it back a third time. I have received it back and all looks ok apart from one panel still exposing primer that I will have to pay to get done elsewhere. whole thing is a shambles and if you even here part of there name strongly refuse to let your car go there.

The customer service was top-notch—they kept me informed every step of the way. They gave me an estimated completion date, and while it took a little longer, they proactively kept me updated. The quality of the work was simply outstanding—I genuinely feel like I’m driving a brand new car. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fix Auto to anyone. I’ll absolutely be using their services again.

Additionally, I asked if they could help me with adding two badges to my car, and they did it at no extra charge, without a single issue. I give them 11 out of 10! The gentleman who assessed my car (I’m so sorry, I don’t recall his name) was fantastic—he answered every question, kept me in the loop, and gave me total confidence that my car was in safe hands. And when I dropped it off, I was greeted by a lovely lady named Samantha, who was equally amazing. She was so helpful, and she ensured the badges were perfectly placed. Overall, Fix Auto is phenomenal. I can’t recommend them enough!

Generally excellent service, fast response and speedy repairs. Very thorough - found a couple of issues with the car that hadn't been noticed before. The one small negative was with the interior door handle not working after repair, which was rectified promptly and without any extra effort on my part. This was an insurance repair so was not a particularly convenient location - but that's not their fault!

I had my car repaired by Fix Auto Buckingham in October last year. A fault came to light last week. From the initial phone call to the person who had instant access to the items replaced on the car, to Josh who managed the rectification, it was an excellent experience. 48 hours from initial contact to rectification. Very helpful, no long email exchanges, just a desire to resolve the issue quickly. A very good experience.
