This is by far the worst company I have ever been privilege to have to work with. I have had a case with the BBB for almost 10 months while these guys do the run around. This is all over a simple pipeline under my house, that I was told would be approved to fix. When the plumber came to the house the companies under writer stated that they would only cover a snake. I ended up paying almost 300 dollars for a quick fix. This company is a scam.

Total scam! Beware! This company is a fraud company. I have a claim from 23rd November, 2024, still did not get the cash offer i signed to accept. Basically, it pays back very little money of the actual repair cost if you are lucky. That also you have to wait months and months. Instead you can shop your repair options or may be purchasing the whole appliance would be better option. This company made me suffer everyway.

So created the claim for refrigerator issue on 23rd Nov 2024. Now the repair man came the one they selected. I was supposed to pay copay of $45 as per VIP program I enrolled on for $2500 paid upfront. But now this company asked me to pay $85 copay. Okay, paid that. Now repair man game an estimate of $488 to fix the refrigerator. Contacted First Premier Home Warranty many times but finally on 9th Dec 2024, they sent me a cash in lie of claim form which is the only option they gave me that also for $220 which I am still waiting to get in the mid Feb 2025.

The sales person described the warranty that I would have $15000 to spend anyway needed when there is a problem. I asked specifically about a few problems that could happen like a hot water heater going out. I was told the $15k would cover . I asked about freon for ac and again 100% the $15k covers....but when asked to see the policy I was told I would get a copy with first payment made. Well on January 21 they took the money out of my account and I received a copy in my email. Well, what did I read? A $500 cap on a hot water heater, which is no is nowhere close of what is needed. Then on freon they cover $10 a pound! Freon can cost up to $50 a pound! But that $15k coverage is a total lie. That very day i requested a refund and cancellation. They r refusing saying I need to pay a cancellation fee! To date they still haven't acknowledged my cancellation without their fee!. There r laws of 3 day right of decision. But this company just want to take u for money. They even threatened to put a lien on my house!! STAY AWAY!!!!! DECEPTIVE PRACTICES......SCAMMERS!!!!

This is a scam company if you call them a company. Do not believe the five stars rates read them there all the same with the same word structure. I purchased a contract and I need a repair, it took them 2 months to get a appliance guy the kept sending plumbers. Then wouldn't repair my stove sent me 75 dollars 2 months later. I called and tried to talk to them this guy told me 75 IS ALL YOU GET YOUE SHIT IS GARBAGE TAKE IT TO THE DUMP there fraudulent. Rude and incompetent..... BEWARE and I filed a with the bbb, they said they don't care bbb won't do anything..

Absolutely horrible customer service.
I had my HVAC heart pump go out. They tried to get a plumber out.
I ended up passing out of pocket to another company to fix it. When trying to get a response on submitting my invoice for reimbursement, it has been 3 days and I'm still fighting to get a simple document do i can sign it and send it back for them to reimburse me. Horrific service.

Do not believe these reviews this is a scam! I purchased a Platinum plan to cover my beautiful double ovens. Mr. Albert Sayegh the owner of this from Brooklyn, NY, is now trying to offer me 100.00, to close my claim he is a real thief and I don't think Mr. ALBERT SAYETH OF BROOKLYN NEW YORK REALLY THINKS I AM GOING TO TAKE 100.00 TO CLOSE MY ACCOUT ON MY BEAUTIFUL STAINLESS STEET DOUBLE OVEN

I have had them for over 2 years. I have been trying to cancel them for over 6 months. You make a claim, and it takes almost a week for someone to come out and NOT repair the problem but diagnose it, then they leave, and it takes over a week again to see if a claim is approved or not ( and I am talking about for a plumbing stoppage). THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I just switched over this year to First Premier Home Warranty and I am so happy that we did. The prior company made it very difficult to process claims, which was not the case with First Premier. Thank you!

The company declined (for BS reasons) 2 of 3 Warranty requests. Basically I paid $1200 to replace a washer pulley! It's a scam!

Another bait and switch warranty company. I bought a policy based on what they showed was covered, the coverage seemed great so I bought it. Then when I had to file a claim, they declined the repair after the inspection came back. They then sent me a policy 7 pages longer then the original one the sales person sent me and policy they sent me showed the parts that are not covered. Their customer service was terrible, bounced from one sales person to another, asked for a supervisor and was told there was no one on duty and that I can hold for another 40 min after being on the phone for 25 already. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I didn't actually purchase a plan with this company because my initial dealings with them were terrible. The sales person was nice at first and offered me a deal that was too good to be true. I asked him to give me time to verify if it would be a better deal than my current home warranty and to research the company. Because of my busy schedule, I didn't have time to research. The sales person kept calling, and texting me trying to make his sale. He called 5 times in one day from different numbers (like a scammer). Then he started texting me. On the 6th call of the day, I finally told him to stop calling and that I am going to keep my current company (even though they cost more) because I was tired of being harassed. I finally got around to doing research today and I am so glad that I didn't go with them because others are saying they are a scam, just as I suspected.

If you get call from this company, hang up and don't buy a plan with them. They aren't even accredited with BBB.

THEY ARE A SCAM! They never pay out. They would tell me contractors were assigned. When I reached out, the contractor had no contact with them and no idea who they were. This happened three times! When I told them I wanted to cancel, they told me they would issue a cancellation fee. There is no address on anything. They are a scam and will not help you. Run!

They just wanted to get people joining their homeowner warranty policy, but they didn't help at all. I filed the claim for my sewerage pipe 11/16/24, they sent me a contractor's contact and told me to contact the contractor for an appointment. The contractor came and fixed my pipe, then he sent me the invoice so I can send to them. The invoice was $230, they said that they just approved for only $60. They took my whole year policy for $485, and only agreed to pay $60 for pipe problem (which was I paid $60 fordeductible, meant they just wanted to pay me $20). It's suck. The problem is until today, I still didn't receive any claim money from them. I called them before Thanksgiving, they said that I have to wait for 14 days. I called them again right before Xmas, they said that I will receive my money on 1/4/25. Until today 1/7/25, still didn't get any payment from them. I made another call today, now they said that they still processing and I will get it on 1/14. They told me on 1/14, if I don't receive my payment, I have to call back to them. Only $60, i have to call too many times, this is really spammed. If i can give 0 star, I will. I won't recommend this company to no one.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to stay far away. There are far better, more reliable options out there. My experience with this network, under the leadership of CEO Joey Sayegh, has been incredibly disappointing. Despite repeated efforts to resolve the issue, I wasn’t paid what I was owed as a partner. This raises serious concerns about the company’s honesty and reliability. If they can treat their partners this way, how can customers expect to be treated fairly? I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.

First premier Warranty is a complete waste of money. They make it impossible to get a claim approved, and their customer service is awful.

First Premier Home Warranty provides exceptional value for the cost. The peace of mind and financial protection they offer far outweigh the premium. I’ve already saved a significant amount on repairs, including a recent fix for my water heater. The technician was professional, and the repair was covered under my plan, saving me a lot of money. It’s a smart investment for any homeowner looking for reliable home protection.

Paid in FULL for a policy understanding that I could review the policy and cancel in 30 days if not satisfied....after sending a cancellation email AND a certified letter I have NOT received one penny of my $500.00.....NEVER PAY IN FULL...I was told their policy states that I had to wait 90 days for a refund...it's been 100 days and NOW I am told that it's been too long and the prorated refund would be $140.00....Every phone call goes to a call center and it is a TELEMARKETING SCAM! DO NOT go with this company....the salesmen are arrogant scammers!

Total scam. Agent convinced me to purchase 3 years, telling me that had the option to file claims online and that if I was unsatisfied for any reason, I would be able to cancel and be refunded at a prorated rate, with NO penalties.

They refused to replace something broken without 3 years of service records (I've only lived in my house for 2, and was never informed of this requirement prior to making a claim). I put in a repair request over 6 weeks ago and their first contractor would not answer my calls and never called me, and the second contractor initially took my calls and then stopped.

I looked into canceling, and was told I would have to pay penalties along with proration, amounting to nearly the entire fee I paid. They will lie and tell you anything to get your money. RUN FAR AWAY.

They are currently being sued in Ohio for shady business practices, and have had actions taken against them in Oklahoma and Minnesota as well. Please look at the BBB website for more info.
