First Found have built our new website, ongoing SEO and trained us on how to do updates via WordPress. The whole process was very efficient and Beckie's training was focused and good.

It's almost been a year with them now and I've had 0 sales and my rankings aren't even high at all. I've been through 3 account managers now and when I requested to cancel, "I have to speak with the account manager" to cancel. Won't be getting a penny more from me, first and last time I ever try a service like this. I don't even know what they do apart from basics which I'm sure I could've done if I learnt it, I was promised good results after 3 months but I've given it more than that and beyond disappointed wasting over a £1000.

Lee is very helpful and easy to talk to, has explained things very clearly. Get the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble and, as complete novices, he has helped us understand the concept of SEO. We also appreciate that he has taken the time to get to know the intricacies of our product and how he could best drive us forward.

An excellent service provided by Lee. Really helpful and full of good tips on optimising my website. Also he is happy to be a sounding board for further ideas which is beyond my expectation.

Wish I had not chosen this company for my small business. They approached me through my bark.com SEO enquiry. Their member Daljeet promised me results within 8-12 weeks. I have spent over thousand pounds and within 10 months of using this service I only saw 3-4 sales on my website. That too through my own contact. They ask you to use their social media and blogging service to see more results. I wouldn't recommend it to any small business unless you are willing to waste your money and time. At the end they hand over you a huge invoice for God knows what if you are willing to end their services. A BIG NO!

First found have done a great job helping my art business rank higher for specific keywords. I've been reading book after book hoping I could reach the ranks by myself for a while.
