Beckie is calm and patient teacher who clearly explains how to load web content - even to people who have relied on others to fulfil this function for 40 years.

I'm not even sure where to start here. I have several websites and companies and had FF working on 3 of them. I have used them for way too long, over a year. Given them numerous chances to achieve results. Made investment of over 11k into this SEO project (£8k with FF and 3k with my wed dev) and within 14-15 months i'd expect half decent results and some organic sales enquiries and this just isn't happening. I have had numerous Accounts Managers along the way, they don't seem to stay with the business long so then theres the pain of reintroduction and having to re-explain my 3 businesses to new people normally after gaps in service whilst these people leave. Not ideal when you're pregnant and then have a newborn to have to waste your time.
The detail - i've had 2 website hackings despite my sites being fine pre FF for 2+ years which basically put the sites right back to the start and FF didn't seem to bother a great deal after this. I had to fight for action on the sites. They made recommendations to my web dev to sort which took months to get. They would upload irrelevant blogs without sending me the content first or even letting me know they were uploading stuff making me think 'what are these guys doing and what am I paying them for?' The one site that wasn't hacked I got so frustrated with boring mundane blogs that I started to send them ones I wrote myself which out performed the ones they wrote.
When I made a little noise and emailed them to say I wasn't happy, this is when 'Technical Managers' became involved and of course promised all sorts which results wise didn't seem to bring much to the table other than a link disembow which i'm repeatedly told they normally charge extra for and made to feel like I should be mega thankful for.
The past few months they have been pretty much stagnant. No real emails letting me know what solid work is being done, same things on repeat. Reports came weeks late, apparently they wanted to 'discuss things on the phone first' despite me saying so many times not to call me as I have a newborn baby and trying to have some kind of maternity leave. Send the damn reports. You know the results went backwards month on month and you wanted to speak to me first to try to fluff me up and give me lots of technical jargan as to why all of the websites were falling backwards again STILL still using/blaming the hackings of 8 months previous as excuses. When the reports did come the pointless summary email content was littered with mistakes, spelling mistakes and mixing up my businesses. This was the final straw for me. They've taken 8k of my cash, my websites are SLIGHTLY higher than they were previous on keywords but because we spend so much on social and Google adds they probably would have made this progress naturally yet they try to claim the glory for the improvements. Of course a website is going to naturally progress with time and spending 2-3k on social adds, client base grows = organic traffic grows. You cant run an SEO business and all you do is whack a few blogs on and make a few recommendations. Where is the link building? That costs extra of course!
I ended the relationship, however they seem to think they chose not to work with me which is laughable and playground behaviour. Payments were stopped when reports were 2 weeks late and no work had been done for over a month. That to me is a clear indication the contract is ending.
I use another business for the SEO of another business/site I own and its absolutely flourished during the past 12 months. I will switch these sites over to them as I should have done months ago and let them finally make the investment worth it.
Read other reviews, they are scarily similar experiences to mine and make your decision carefully.

EDIT - Just had an SEO review today and turns out this link disivow didn't even happen on one of my sites (laser). Havent checked the other 2 yet. This is the non hacked one. 60 + Spammy links on for over 12 months affecting rankings and they didnt do anything. MY ppc value was a grand total of £230 for 14 months of work. Hideous.

When I was looking for SEO I was faced with a multiple of companies. What stood out for me about First Found was from the first telephone conversation they were genuinely interested in supporting my business to succeed. Within the first month of my website going live and SEO beginning I got my first client. I am so pleased with the results I am getting from First Found. I feel they are truly dedicated to helping businesses succeed on line.

Had some online training with Rebecca Hough at FirstFound to help us get familiar with WordPress and enable myself and a colleague to update our website ourselves. Beckie was friendly, helpful, informative and (most importantly) patient. I'm not particularly tech savvy but I learnt a lot - Beckie took her time and explained potentially complex information slowly and clearly. We couldn't have asked for a better trainer. Thank you!

I don't feel this represents good value for money but they have tried to address our concerns.

We saw an immediate improvement from June to August, when there was some noticeable (by me) SEO work taking place.

Performance then dipped from August to November before recovering back to August levels in January.
During this period I haven’t seen any noticeable SEO work taking place.
I’m not saying there hasn’t been any, just that I can’t see any evidence of it.

I receive the same boilerplate email each month with a report attached that shows our Current Search Engine Rankings.

I'm in discussion with them as to what exactly it is they do to improve our rankings.

I went looking for an on shore alternative to Go-Daddy and stumbled on First Found. Its early days but so far I've been really impressed. The approach seems right as does the pricing. One or two teething issues where the dots need joining up a little better but that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend these guys and I'm sure I'll score them 5 stars in a few months time.

First Found have always helped us with any query that we may have had over the many years that we have been with them. We have found them to be professional, reliable & extremely helpful to us.

Please avoid at all costs! My sales dropped to zero, I called them and girl had no idea what she was doing. I was not even getting visits to site let alone orders had to lay off staff, gone to much better SEO company sales back and very happy, wish I had read this first as it has caused me a lot of grief.

After an initial delay and confusion about how the training was to run with 3 people it was sorted and the training was excellent and fulfilled all our need, but we are glad we videoed it! Maybe could suggest this to users as an idea so we don't have to scribble and keep up with all the info. The pace was good, clear and easy to follow.
