I have recently started using FirstFound and have found them excellent. I have been assigned a consultant who has been friendly, open, and informative. It's early days but look forward to a productive working relationship.

Great service - and it started with sales (surprisingly). The team were respectfully persistent and it finally paid off a year later when we signed-up. From then on the process was seamless and more importantly, painless. And it was quick! We're already starting to feel a positive impact which reinforces our long-awaited decision to sign up with FirstFound.

Lee has taken over our account and has been very helpful and had lots of suggestions which is great.

I have worked with many SEO companies and unfortunately they promise the world but don't deliver! It's not just about getting monthly reports. I want to know what's being done in between.

Eugene who was my contact was easy to talk to. Showed me lots of real work he was doing on my business and i was able to give him and call and get useful detailed advice when i required it. Great work by Eugene.

I signed up for SEO with First found two and a half weeks ago and so far so good. I was initially not sure as I have had lots of disappointments in the past but decided to try first found and am glad I did.
My consultant is Theodora Gardouni who has been very helpful and currently making changes on my website. She has added very great contents as well to my website during the first initial optimization and really pleased. I am kept in the loop regularly about what is being done to my website which is so helpful. I am aware SEO takes time but am positive is going to work! I would rate FirstFound 4.5 stars. After an initial glitch with a consultant leaving just after we signed up and got started, we were assigned Eugene and he has been doing a great job for us. It's been 4 to 5 months now from the outset and after a slightly awkward start we are now seeing our search positions progressively move upwards. We compounded the problem because we decided to do major revisions to our content after Eugene had started and he has been very patient with us, working on the pages we had edited and proceeding in a sequence that reflected our internal content creation efforts. All in all, we are very happy and confidently expect our page ratings to continue climbing.

So far so good, we have only been using FirstFound for a couple of month and after the first stages of optimisation we are starting to see some results. Our dedicated adviser, James has been very helpful and enthusiastic in helping us get out business to where we hope it will be. The monthly reports I have seen so far are not massively in-depth and I would hope to see more comprehensive reports as we move down the line. We are looking forward to working with FirstFound in the future.

We were with FirstFound for 1 year. After 12 months, we were highly unsatisfied with the level of service and results. The reports given at the end of every month were useless and lacked any real data. I provided a list of keywords that I wanted them to primarily focus on and it was there confidence in getting these keywords ranking high that made me sign up with them. However, they failed to improve on these keywords and instead concentrated on "easier" keywords that I did not highlight.

Moreover, I had seen insubstantial logins to our backend in Shopify to suggest any ongoing optimization. The only activity which I have actively seen is monthly copywriting. These were done pretty well in fairness. However, I wasn't paying for a copywriting service. I was paying for SEO expertise!!!!

I was told that FirstFound were established, experienced and well qualified to produce fantastic results. I was relieved that I had finally found a reliable, quality SEO company as it sounded amazing speaking to your sales team. However, since then, I have seen zero progress and results, and disappointed with the false claims sold to me.

I really wish that after 12 months of service from yourselves, we could have seen great progress as promised and continued to work together. However, It has been far from It. FirstFound are useless.

I almost don't want to give this review as the secret will be out...... I have been working with this team for a few months now and I am thrilled with everything. SEO is a complicated area that takes time. The process needs to be handled well or the results will be short term. This company ( In particular, Eugene, who was assigned to me ) deliver on everything that was promised. We audited the site, eliminated some weak areas, improved the good elements, reviewed and now we are on the second phase. I always knew this would be a long term investment, as SEO is, however, it has already paid for itself. I am looking forward to working with Eugene and the rest of the team in this company. I have worked with a few people in this space and thus far I am happy to tell you. STOP. Look no further. This company will have your website in tip-top shape. Invest today.

During the sales process your sales man used pushy methods, he told me the price and said that this offer will only be valid for the next hour! Because of that rush I barely had a time to read the contract properly, which I can only blame myself for. His words were that my first monthly payment will be higher because of the work that needed to be done and stupidly I believed it.
The service you provide is not full SEO service since the backlinks aren't included in it.
You mentioned that backlinks are included in your advanced packages but again, your sales man doesn't really say what 'package' your buying and what it includes. You only find that out after the contract is signed!
Yes SEO does take time, however 6 months is enough time for the results to start showing, and 7-8 organic searches per day (on a good day) is very poor result for such a 'professional' company.
As to the blog post, I never turned it down! My words were 'I don't think it will change anything but yes, you can write it if that's what you want'. Which of course never happened.
Overall First Found uses pushy sale tactics to get you on board but don't deliver any results. You know what they say 'If it's too good to be true than it usually is' and that's certainly the case here.

Now that my contract with First Found is finally finished (thank God for that!) I can write a full review.
The service is initially sold by the sales person, in the sales pitch they promise you enormous amount of traffic and sales and get you on 'we want to grow with your company'. According to the sales man (Danny Parkinson) the first payment (which in my case was nearly £350) was meant to be higher because of all the work that needed to be done in the first month. He failed to tell me that the first payment does not count into your monthly payments! I found out at the end of the contract where I was slapped with another monthly payment because apparently you pay at the end of every month and not at the beginning! So it turns out the first payment was a gift to them because all 'the extra work' that needed to be done never brought any results!
They also fail to mention that you will not receive a full SEO service, the only thing they do is change Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions. When I asked about backlinks and blog posts apparently this was not in my package and I would have to pay extra for it! Danny never mentioned that and when I challenged them about their mis sold service I received a phone call from the manager blindsiding me with amazing results (which never happened of course).
During the 6 months time with First Found their results were very poor, I had 7 or 8 organic traffic visits per day at most and that was towards the end of the contract!
After month 4 I've asked my consultant why the organic traffic is so poor and it turned out that he didn't even have access to my Google Analytics! His response was that he and the rest of the team looked into this and they really don't know why the traffic was so low since I had such an amazing impression rate... Impressions are not clicks and do not bring visitors to the website hence are useless.
The reports I have received during the 6 month contract were very basic, they would only track one keyword, and I had to email my consultant for a full keyword report which fair enough I have received after pushing for it but this should be standard.
In the last month with First Found my consultant promised to write a blog (which I assume was because of his poor results) and he failed to do it. It only happened when I disputed the last invoice and the work that was done on my account. Only then I received a more in depth report of what was done and they wrote a blog.
They also ask for a review in your second or third week where you can't really say much about their results. I assume all the 5 star reviews they have on here are from such 2 or 3 week reviews...
My advice is to avoid these cowboys and invest your hard earned money in a real SEO company that will get you the results you want and deserve.

I've only been with First Found for about 2 weeks so I can't really say anything about the SEO results but the support I have received from Joseph is outstanding. He always answers all my queries and goes extra mile to help. I'm looking forward to see the traffic increase on our website.

I've been with First Found for 4 months now and unfortunately there is no change in the amount of the traffic to my website. During this whole time on good days we will have 8 organic searches on bad 0 to 1 (which was the same when I've done SEO myself).
During the sale I was promised heaven and earth however 4 months in and I'm quite disappointed. I will write a complete review at 6 months but at the minute I'm not impressed.

Great company we contacted this company and we are so pleased we did , They did us a website 2nd to none it does all we wanted (Thank you Beckie) she is so clever and understands what we wanted, James at First Found is now doing our SEO cant wait after just a few weeks we have seen business change and pick up fully Recommended , Graham at Farewell Funerals
