An SEO Company and Account Manager her earned my Trust with Amazing Results!
Over the years I have foolishly dealt with SEO companies who are more interested in your money than they are getting your business website to the first page of Google till I came across First Found. My Account Manager Martin explained that he was going to prove to me that I could trust him in his 15 years in SEO. He recently did as we had an issue with the website and he went beyond to fix the issue with the website. Since the Categories on the website have been changed and with Martin dealing with the SEO behind the scenes we have seen a change in our ranking. I can honestly say that if you are looking for a company to deal with your SEO and see your site on the first page of Google then First Found is the company for you.

AVOID! Absolutely rubbish service.
Absolutely rubbish service. They talk a brilliant game when it takes to making sales, but unfortunately they did not deliver on their promises. I wasted around £600 and waited patiently for results thinking I was in good hands. My Google rankings tanked in the meantime, and I was in a worse position during the end of my time with them than when I first started. They took no accountability. AVOID!

We're really surprised to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
You initially signed up for our SEO service and the initial work was carried out to find the most suitable key phrases to target as well as advice on how to improve your website. At this point you raised the issue that you didn't have access to your website and didn't want to pay your designer to make the required changes. We offered a number of solutions including us hosting your website free of charge for you.
As you didn't want to step on your designer's toes, we then agreed to switch you over to our Social Media management service. As your advertising account on Facebook was revoked due to advertising policy issues you were unable to run any adverts. We requested that Facebook carried out a review to reinstate your ad account and this was approved, and you are now able to advertise on Facebook again. We also created a number of post ideas for your business and discussed different ad options with you.
We would like to resolve any issues with you, and I have asked one of our technical managers to reach out to you to discuss your services with us.
Over the past 23 years we have helped thousands of businesses to achieve great results, but it seems that we missed the mark on this occasion. We are sorry that you felt that we did not manage to get you the results you wanted, and we would welcome your feedback on how we could improve our service.

I used the company a few years ago for my website that lost its way. it used to be on page one and then just got lost when google changed the way it operates.
i got in touch with firstfound who i agreed a deal for 12 months to get my website ranting alot better.
Unfortunately it was the biggest waist of money ever. Im very busy so dont have time to keep tabs on everything but my website did not benefit one bit, it felt like no work was dont getting my site to rank but i was just a customer in the cog wheel and they just reported with where it was. nothing gained and now very skeptical about using any SEO company as i dont trust them. all i received was a report once a month which was an email with some stats which were not good anyway. there was nothing of a plan or for me to try improve anything to try get it going higher. felt like my account had been asigned to someone who had 100 others and this person just tossed it off as it was not their company and they knew they didnt need to work much on my account or knew they could just get away with sending a report with no work done on my seo which is what i expected. Well over £1k waisted. live and learn
UPDATE : While i was not happy at all with what i paid for i received a call from firstfound for feedback so they can look into things and why they were so bad for me which for me is a good step and shows they are bothered so plus point for that.

I used this company for 7 months ( initial contract was 3 months ) but throughout the time I never heard from the company, every month they would email a report that meant nothing to me. When I chased for an explanation no one ever came back to me.. End result no improvement of SEO or website traffic

Just to clarify we don't offer a 3-month contract and your agreement was for a period of 6 months from December until June.
I can see that there has been a good level of communication on the account with many phone calls and emails between yourself and your account manager. There were also a lot of attempts made to reach you and voicemails left.
Looking at the data for your account I can see that there was a strong improvement in organic rankings and also traffic to your website with an increase of 85% in impressions and 30% in clicks.
Over the past 23 years we have helped thousands of businesses to achieve great results, but it seems that we missed the mark on this occasion. We are sorry that you felt that we did not manage to get you the results you wanted, and we would welcome your feedback on how we could improve our service.

FirstFound web training with Beckie Hough was excellent. Beckie was very knowledgeable of the web editing suite, walking me through a live screen-share session so that I could actually see the impact of what I was doing on my site. Her ability to handle my random requests was also very impressive as I called on features that are not often used, but it didn't seem like it. Truly impressive.

Amazing company start to finish
From the moment I had my first contact with First Found, the service has been impeccable. From the sales guy Phil, who explained everything in detail (which has been true to form) and far from your typical pushy sales guy The amazing Beckie who guided me through my website build journey, nothing was too much trouble and she patiently trained me on making amendments myself. And finally, Lewis who’s SEO expertise has helped my Website start to climb the rankings, resulting in a steady stream of enquiries already. Not even indexed on Bing after 11 months!
I wasn't paying a huge amount for the SEO service so I wasn't expecting miracles. I stopped my contract after 11 months as I was not happy with the progress. As others have mentioned, numerous account manager changes.
Now that I am looking at the site myself I can see that they have done hardly any work other than adding a few keyword specific texts/introductions.
I have been going over everything and today realised that I WAS NOT EVEN INDEXED ON BING! I am also not even sure that all the backlinks I have weren't already added by me.
I just wished I had paid on my credit card as I would be giving them a call today!
