I was having some issues trying to place a new policy and I spoke with Audra Carrion to see if she could help. Luckily, we were able to place a new policy for a client with Audra's help and the client is very happy! I definitely appreciate Audra's assistance on this one!

The young lady was kind , helpful land knowleageble . She was phenomenol !.

The live agent Amanda was GREAT!!! We used the AIchat but it kept giving same responses and none of them helped until I requested a live agent. That's when I got Amanda and she help me in so many ways. Going above and beyond in assisting Agency with a bridging error.

The commissions department is terrible. I was due a mid term payment and they just can't seem to get me paid for some reason. I just receive "promise emails". Maybe someone will feel like paying me today.....one can only hope.

Five stars all the way for Juni! He has been incredibly helpful from the start, especially for someone new to the business. He recently helped me tie down a policy, expertly guiding me on how to approach different carriers. He’s always available when I call for advice and is clearly very well-educated in this field.
