Love I easy is to access the carriers all from one same place. How easy is to quote and sell on the carrier's site.

The best Part with First Connect is that you can write policies without a large book of business. Most insurance companies won't allow you to contract with them if your book of business is 0 policies or a small book of business. This allows you to grow at your own pace.

Lisa was extremely efficient. I have talked to her before and every time she is amazing. I just wish other service reps were this good.

If you are new to being a broker or a long time broker looking to enter new markets First Connect is an amazing partner. They aren't there to do the work for you, but what they are there to do is to be a resource and guide to help you find the best markets, carriers, coverages available. If you put in the work you will reap the rewards. You need to be proactive, engaged and ready to take on opportunity. If this is you then first connect should be your FIRST choice.

Great service every time I chat it, they try to help as much as they can.

My issue was not resolved, but they did answer me quickly. I needed a commercial auto carrier for a debris removal business. The appetite finder pointed me to one carrier, but then the application said that there were "no carriers available" for that risk. I engaged the FC Assistant, told them I needed a representative, and was immediately connected to a rep who verified what I experienced. I'll have to look elsewhere for this particular risk, but I'm impressed with how quickly FC responded.
