There was no communication leading up to either pickup and it left us wondering if the busses were going to show up. When they did show up, they didn't talk to anyone, so nobody inside knew they were there resulting in a late departure and a delay to the ceremony. We didn't have a number to call and the offices were closed. Also, on second pickup, we were under the impression that one bus would fill at a time and leave as they got full. This was not the case. All 3 buses left at the same time leaving 25 people including me and my wife behind at the venue. Again, no communication. Leaving 2 stars because drivers themselves were nice and even turned around to come get us.

Our driver, Kathy Adam’s, was WONDERFUL! She arrived early. She was very friendly and welcoming. She got us to and from our destination safely.

Booking was easy/straightforward. Everyone was shocked that you can rent a SCHOOL BUS! And the price for the number of people in our group was very reasonable. I would book again!

Bus was on time and the driver was curtous, but he didn't map out the route prior and was only going by GPS which initially took us in the wrong direction.

Invoice was not correct based on discussion when booking. Bus was late and arrived at wedding ceremony with no passengers. Impacted the start time of our wedding. Our guests had to uber an carpool to the wedding instead.Our wedding was outdoors and becasue of the time push it was a compete down pour during our ceremony. If we would have started at the correct time, it would have been dry.

Complete disaster all based on the booking setup not being correct based on the discussion with the booking person. The invoice pickup was not updated based on the bookers recommendation to shuttle from the hotel to the venue and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. Was refunded for 1/2 my trip, but this screw up ruined our wedding ceremony.

Bus showed up about 30 minutes late. It was not the drivers fault, she was not given the correct paperwork and got lost on the way to the pick up location. Once the bus did arrive however, everything worked out ok.

Duane was great…on time, very helpful, and very courteous. Would like to see him again on our return trip!

I can't say enough good things about the service we received from First Charter for our weekend this past weekend. They arrived early, bus was extremely clean. The driver was courteous, kind and extremely helpful from the time he arrive until he departed our event. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
