Our bus was on time for both pickups, the driver was also very kind and helpful when needed. Definitely will be renting from this company again for summer field trips.

It is hard to get ahold of someone when there are weather issues for our field trips. The staff are helpful to an extent but aren't friendly when there are changes made the morning of.

We ordered 3 buses for our 5th grade party. Our kids were booked at the venue till 2 but we stopped them early because the bus company insisted we must arrive back to our school at 1:45. When we went outside to tell the buses at 1:05 that we were ready to leave, one of the buses was gone. The driver had gone back to a school to take a job in their cafeteria. We waited 20 minutes for her to return to our venue and load the kids. We pay for the buses for several hours so they remain at the location. If I didn’t want them there the entire time, I could have paid for an hour to and then an additional hour for the ride home. What if there had been an emergency and we needed to leave our venue? This was beyond unprofessional and frankly your employee went to another job while on the clock.

Becky, the driver was great. We had an awesome experience all the way through, from booking to final drop off. We had 30 adults going old school, round trip to the Cardinals game. Definitely will do this again.

Our driver was awesome, very polite and courteous as well as on time for both pickups; he even went out of his way to accomodate requests. Only reason why not 5 stars was because the AC was not working and on a 90 degree day the adults on the bus really wished it was working.

After hours/before hours phone number to dispatch was not disclosed on my confirmation email -as mentioned in their phone message. I had no way of contacting them to let them know our bus had not yet arrived. The bus did arrive at a different location of our building and we were able to load and get on our way.
I did receive a call later in the morning from one of the ladies in dispatch and she was above and beyond kind, apologetic and made sure everything was OK. She also shared with me the direct dispatch number for future reference.
