Easy process to book including choosing ski extras if you want them or not.
I made a small mistake on the online booking form and phone the next day and they corrected it really quickly with no fuss.

The unloading was really speedy., Would have been 5 stars if I'd known they were coming that day.

Good overall, the child care was excellent but the food could have been a bit better. Mind you we didn't go on a ski holiday for haute cuisine. The location of the Crystal 2000 hotel in Courchevel could not have been better.
