I ordered a Starter pack from Fireguard+ due to the new Scottish Laws, company were excellent letting me know there would be a slight delay. I received them before the February deadline and they were easy to install, the instructions were great. I prepared my cielings by gloss painting a circle for each alarm, after reading some reviews about the 3m pads not working. I used the pads and screw fitting to be extra sure. Brilliant product so far, cannot see why others had problems ?

The 3M stick pads supplied with this product are absolutely useless and I didn't want to put screw holes in my ceiling. All of my alarms have fallen off my unpapered ceilings. I've had to resort to other methods. Sorely disappointed!

Long wait for order - perhaps understandable given present situation. No excuse for their carrier DPD. One hour delivery slot given. Tracked the delivery to be told 45 minutes away. Next thing an email to say nobody in when they attempted to deliver and I will now have to travel to the next town to pick it up. Really poor

Not Good Enough. Instructions supplied useless,
missing sections and pages. Can't set with this information. What is there roughly photocopied, scrappy done. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Excellent product, easy to set up and install. The customer service team is second to none. They always reply to e-mails and, when I found one of the heat alarms wasn't working, sent a replacement out quickly. Would highly recommend them.

Ordered a starter pack of interlinked alarms for the Feb 2022 Scottish law changes, order arrived quickly, items were easy to set up and install. I had a query about false alarms and the company responded quickly and courteously. All good for me.

I fitted 3 smoke, 1 heat and 3 carbon monoxide detectors, in the last few days the alarms sound off about an hour and a half after we go to bed and the heating is switched of, on one night they went off four times in less than four hours, at just after 4 AM I emailed the company to complain and ask for advice and assistance and threatened to send them back, got an email back next day saying if I sent them back they would check them and may refund my costs, I don't want a refund I just want smoke alarms that work properly, surely that's not to much to ask for! I would have thought that they would be interested in investigating potential problems with their equipment!

Dispatch date fulfilled. Easily paired.

Thank you fireguard + received fire alarms Friday 21/01/2022 and my neighbour fitted them for me today (Sunday) (as i am over 70) it took him 15 minutes to unbox pair units and install he said they are a quality product and like myself we are definitely going recommend Fireguard + i would like to say a special thanks to Peter in customer service for the help he gave me in sourcing the product Excellent customer service and email's answered immediately

I am an electrician and normally install hard wired smoke and heat detectors but on occasion its not possible to do so. I have tried various battery wireless detectors and have found them to be a total pain to set up these are the easiest I have came across for setting up. Unless you want to spend double the amount for one of the mainline brands I have actually shot myself in the foot with these as I can't justify charging for install and usually just give out the link and suggest they install themselves. A good product and top of the budget brands I have had zero issues with them apart from delivery time due to demand but that has to be expected and understood.

I ordered 3 smoke alarms and a heat alarm. Delivery was prompt and the customer service is excellent. I am not top of the class for diy so before I fitted the alarms I asked a few questions which were answered courteously and within a few days. Each alarm has a label inside explaining that they do meet the required standards. I fitted them myself easily and I can say that anyone who is diy competent could fit these alarms with their eyes closed.

So I had ordered two sets of smoke and heat alarms and received them without a problem in December, they seem to work and pair together without a problem. I was planning to order more for other family and friends but the recent revelation through Trustpilot that they do not have, or aren't willing to share, proof that these alarms conform to the standards that they advertise, and they have removed links to Trustpilot from their website make me fear I have made a huge mistake in trusting them. I have ordered from another company who have actual physical shops and have been in business for years for the alarms I require to fit for other members of my family and friends. I am now wondering whether I need to remove them from my house and that of my mothers because I have lost trust in them. What a dilemma.

Need an answer for WS 'BE WARY' Doesn't look good.

My mum ordered a starter pack and had a dispatch date of the 13 Jan. 5 days later the order has not been dispatched yet and there is no response when my mum contacts them. It is getting increasingly difficult to get a resolution to this issue and we are running out of options

Fantastic service - my heat sensor would not turn on and they replaced it very quickly even replying to an email over the christmas holidays - I must admit I was not sure about installation but it is so quick and easy. Great product and even better customer service. Well done,

Needed a simple solution to install interlinked smoke and heat alarm and replace my existing hardwired system (hall landing converted loft) to meet the Scottish requirements for Feb 2022 (add kitchen and living room). Got a custom quote in seconds with the online quote tool, and received this a couple of days later. Always weary when review say how easy something is but this really was that simple. Switch on, paired in under 30 seconds then just had to install on the ceilings to meet D2 requirements. Excellent product and excellent service.
