A zero star option is needed
Read all the other 1 star reviews and that is my experience. I ordered on 5th July and waited. After the email confirmation of my order when I paid I received nothing until I chased via live chat. Previous emails ignored. When I did get a response it was just lies. As of 7 September 2024, I still have not received my refund.
5 star Google reviews are made by employees and family members and I have no doubt that the 5 star reviews on Trustpilot are the same.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs.

Placed an order on 2/8/24 which was 'in stock'
When in fact it was coming from France.. should of been delivered within 5days. Received an email to say that it had been delayed and to wait another 10days. Them days passed, I rang and they said they was having a few delivery problems and that I would received item in another 7 days. when that passed, I rang up for a refund (22/8/24) which I was told would take 3-10 days to process. As I write this we are on day 10 of that and still no refund. Plenty of emails back and forth to be told to wait another week for refund to be processed. I'll now be going legal. a total scam of a company..order at your own risk!!

Still no sign of a refund, was promised by the end of the week and now being told to wait another 'few' days. Absolute joke of a company!

Waited over a month for product to be delivered, kept being told it would be next week even though it was shown as in stock on the website. Asked for a refund waited over 2 weeks and only when I spoke to my bank to get a charge back did I get a refund. Wouldnt use, very suspect 5* reviews. Some of them are clearly fake and have been written in the name of the owners on their company house profile. Called them nearly every day for a month and only got through once. Dont touch which a barge pole. To the owners if you are genuine, you need to make sure you items are actually in stock before wasting peoples time

Requested refund which was promptley dealt with, so they were ignoring all my previous emails.
Very poor service, shouldn't advertise and take money when they do not have stock. Won't be using again.

Received my product and was happy to wait
I recently made a purchase for a nash titan t1 for my fishing trip with my son as it was my sons birthday. I got to know due to this products high demand company informed me about a delay to which I had to wait and I did. Henry was my customer supportive representative and he updated me throughout my purchase till delivery. I must say my son is happy as we have now received our order after worth the wait finally I can go fishing with my son. Thanks henry and team..

Ordered a fishing chair. Had an email stating it would be 5-8 working days for delivery. I was then told it was going to be a week later than the 8 days. Then, as that weeks delay was coming to an end, I hadn't heard anything. I contacted them and was told it wouldn't be delivered for a further 2 weeks.
3 and a bit weeks for an item that is supposedly in stock and it seemed nobody was planning to tell me about the further delays.
I asked for a refund.
AVOID
AVOID. SCAM!. Will occasionally respond to string you along, and you’ll never get your orders or your money back!
One of the best quality products
I ordered a barbecue fews weeks ago, but it was delayed. Talked to the customer support and they gave me options either to go for refund or wait a little bit. I opted to wait as I needed this barbecue for my countryside trip. It arrived at last and the product’s quality is very good, worth each penny. I’m glad I decided to wait for this product. 10/10 quality wise

Ordered an item on 29th July, still not received anything as yet , 23rd Aug.
Been fed a load of lies from the get go, one minute it's been shipped, then it's delayed by a week, problems with delivery partners the list goes on.

Order Never Arrived
Made an order on 25.07 for an item that was allegedly in stock with a delivery time of 5-8 working days. This order was made in plenty of time for a planned fishing trip. Whilst communication is prompt and polite the item never arrived and the time for delivery changed every time contact was made.
The same item remains on the website as in stock. When I asked for tracking information I was told that they don’t use outside companies and so couldn’t provide details yet I see another review says that tracking information was received.
You might think you’re getting a cheaper deal but ultimately your item isn’t going to arrive! Have requested a refund after waiting almost a month since the order for the item to be delivered. Poor.
Customer service top notch
Imade a purchase in the first week of August and was informed about the situation or should I wait or go with a refund .. I chose to wait and I have received my order finally.. very much happy with their customer support. Totally one the vergee of updating me throughout.
Couldn’t deliver on time
I placed an order for an important birthday present in good time based on the fact that the company say they hold stocks in their warehouse - rather than simply being a front end for stocks held elsewhere. It was crucial to me that the item arrive in time.
The company were unable to deliver on time due to stock being held elsewhere (overseas) . The company sent very polite emails over a few days but failed to meet my expectations.
Therefore I had no alternative but to cancel the order and seek a refund so I could order from elsewhere. They actioned my request swiftly to refund me.

I ordered two camp beds that they were showing in stock. I was then informed there was a delay so I patiently waited. I was then informed that the beds were on the way and should receive within under two week. Once again left it a little later and again nothing arrived. Went on their website to see that they are saying they had them in stock, questioned this and they said they were refunding customers as they did not have any. I have received NO refund therefore questioned this as they told me they had them and they were on the way to me, so which one is a lie!!! do not trust them any more and have asked for a full refund. Yet to see when this comes through.

I recently had an experience with Finangler that I would like to share. I found myself in a situation where my order was delayed, but I was consistently supported by their customer service team. They informed me that they are doing their best to manage orders from their vendors.
Initially, I was skeptical about this situation. However I was informed and called throughout the process that their might be delay in the delivery. As I was not able to wait for the order I requested a refund and to my surprise my money was returned to me in my original payment method. This quick resolution helped me restore faith in the company.
Given this experience I have decided to give finangler another chance and made a purchase for a sleep system camp series and Have been promised to get the delivery in one weeks time. It's important to remember every business faces challanges and I believe finangler is working hard to overcome theirs. Keep up the great work. Your dedication aia noticed and appreciated.
Delivery delays
Placed order on 19th july ive had to chase it up myself as had no communication since confirmation of order was received ive been fobbed off with excuses, regards to dispatching my order, they are now passing blame onto delivery partners!!! ,theres not many more excuses that can be used,stay away from this company unless your willing to wait forever for your order to arrive ,i think the police should be aware of this site aswell as trading standards,

My father placed an order for a bed and was issued full confirmation of payment, the lead time was 5-7 days. On day 8 I contacted FinAngler through their online chat and via telephone to find out what was going on. Like others I was informed there was a delay, as this was not acceptable I asked for a refund on my father's behalf.
I was then told that the money hadn't been received so a refund was not possible, the call escalated to the point of me referencing trading standards and getting the bank involved to recover my father's payment.
The tone of the conversation changed and low and behold the "Head of finance" found the monetary transaction had been completed. The Advisor issued my father an email confirmation that funds had been received and they would refund within 3 days.
On day 3 of the refund process no funds had been returned as advised.
The conversation was re engaged on the company's chat portal leading to further explanations of the refund being delayed and that another 3 working days would be required to process it.
My father proceeded to contact the company by phone and left a voicemail expressing his openness in contacting the government fraud line if refund was not processed by close of play.. Strangely an hour later the money was back in his account!
If this is a scam company they've gone to extreme lengths by setting up as a ltd business, integrating a payment provider into their website and having customer support available (even if it wasn't a positive experience) therefore I don't believe this is the case.
What I do think however is that this is a poor example of a start up dropshipping company with little oversight over their stock levels, availability and turn around times.
Don't make commitments that you cannot deliver FinAngler.

Now waited a further 8 days for a refund and being told ‘it could take another 5 days due to payment gateway! What does that even mean!!

I order sonik bite alarms on the 6th July it is now 26july and I have been told the product is delayed. I have ask to cancel and I am still waiting for my refund. I understand things can go wrong but this is another level of incompetence! Do your self a favour go somewhere else.
