Finangler 

I ordered a Weber BBQ from this company over two months ago with a delivery time of 5-8 business days and after many weeks of delays I requested a refund. It is now over 6 weeks since I requested a refund and they acknowledged this and they still have my money and I have now chased this up several times with a generic reply telling me several times that the refund is on its way. I am now getting assistance from Trading Standards to get my money back. Do not buy from this company they have conned me out of money and their feedback shows they they have done the same to many other people.

Shocking company.. only wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering… I was one of the many customers who ordered a barbecue in July promised delivery within 5-7 days. 12 weeks later I still haven’t received it..I am now chasing a full refund .. promised within 10days.. still haven’t received it. Scam company do not use !

AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMERS took my money for a product they did not have, told refund could take 21days... 21 days is now here and gone and no refund so will now have to go through my bank to get MY money back... absoulte scumbags, wish I could see them face to face!!!

I recently purchased some fishing equipment from finangler . co.uk, and I am extremely satisfied with both the product quality and service. The website offers a fantastic range of gear, and I found exactly what I needed for my next fishing trip. The delivery was fast, and customer support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The quality of the fishing rod and reel I bought is top-notch, and I can already tell it will make a big difference during my time on the water. *******SCAM******** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!! After 12 weeks, email after email of lies from this company and not receiving my purchase. I asked for a full refund. Then 3 more weeks of lies via emails I contacted my bank to investigate this online business. Got money back from my bank and now they are investigating this company along with the fraud department and police. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!

Do not use. Scam company. Take your money, no goods delivered, stop responding to emails and don't answer phone.

I brought a nash indulgence ss4 bedchair 30.7.2024.
I was told the delivery would take up to 10 working days and it didn't come. I got intouch and was told to wait another 10 days so I did and it sill did not come.
as the product didn't turn up by the end of August i then got intouch and asked for a refund witch you said they said ok to.
It is now the 20.9 2024 and a have no refund and now they want answer my calls.

How I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a Weber BBQ on 30 July with 6 days delivery. After 23 days & several emails of Finangler giving numerous excuses and still promising delivery I finally ran out of patience & requested a refund. More emails with more promises of a refund. I told them I would take the matter further if they didn't sort it out & they actually gave me a date that I would get my refund (18 Sept) 27 days after requesting it. This date passed with still no sign of refund so after 31 emails & over 7 weeks of frustration I have reported Finangler to Trading Standards & applied for refund through chargeback on credit card. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Made an order over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. The only communication I got from them was when I prompted it to find out where my order was. I’ve requested a refund but heard nothing. DO NOT USE

Complete timewasters.

Spun the line about supply partner delays for around 4 weeks before I requested the order be refunded.

Do not use.

Ordered a bivvy they said was in stock. Then delays started . Requested refund,they said 10 days, excuse after excuse for the refund delay. 30 business days later I let the credit card company deal with it. I believe the company is a con, avoid or at least make sure you use a credit card and not debit.

Scam company. As others on here, order never fulfilled,

Avoid at all cost.
Never received items ordered had to go through bank and asked for chargeback to get a refund.

They said a Weber barbecue was in stock but got strung along saying it will be in next week but it never turned up week after week for two months now been waiting over 12 working days and still haven’t had a refund!!!

Product was not delivered despite requesting this MANY times by phone and email. No date could be provided so I requested a refund - the refund was supposed to take 10 days - YES - 10 days.... of course it did not happen. These guys are crooks and should NOT be used - visa is being approached to take these guys on...

placed a order for a nash ss3 mf60 5 season. its still showing instock now when this company has told me its out of stock and its going to take a week to source a new bed.
I have requested a refund but this has still yet to land in my bank. they have told me a refund can take up to 10 days to reach my bank....im sat on day 8 waiting but not confident its going to happen.
do yourself a favour and buy elsewere!!

Placed my order 29/7/24 been strung along until todat 9/9/24 when I contacted there payment company SumUp about the refund they claim they issued, was told by them no refund has been initiated.

Ordered a Fox Eos net last month, realised delivery time was over two weeks and rang for a refund. Still 2 weeks later haven't received my funds back.

Whilst these guys do eventually deliver on items it must be told that they are a drop shipping company only and hold zero stock. This was confirmed to my by the owner.

They have now stopped replying to emails, bank and FCA have been advised
