We only stayed because they're low…

We only stayed because they're low price and faster thing faster fibre and you look after your customers and you're always good like not other ones that we have been say no more than TT when you listen to your customers now some others don't thank you

Great team who came out to install…

Great team who came out to install equipment. Went through all the set up procedures.
However not sure we may need another router as coverage a bit weak in some of the rooms.

Very Impressed

My previous contract with another supplier was ending and I couldn't get them to reduce the price so I was shopping around. Fibrus price is much better than competitors. Signing up was straightforward. On a couple of occasions I was contacted to see if I wanted an earlier installation date. On the day the engineers arrived within the time slot and messaged when they were on their way. They had everything installed and set up very quickly and left everything tidy. The payments team contacted me by email about the direct debit dates and I was able to contact them by email to change the date and it was all dealt with very promptly. So far connection seems fine.

The engineers arrived when expected

The engineers arrived when expected, the worked quickly, quietly, cleanly and informed me of exactly what they were doing. My only problem is what to do with, and how to hide so many wires!

Excellent installation

The installation went smoothly and the route for the cables which went under my front lawnnot noticeable after the install. The reception was very good in my living room and bedroom

Hands down the best ISP

Everything from the initial phone call talking through what package would be best for me and sorting out the installation date to the installation itself was handled professionally and efficiently by friendly and helpful staff who did not mind going the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly as I planned. Such kind and knowledgeable sales staff who ensured I had the package that was right for me. Quick installation from the engineers with no mess left and no second wasted. 100% would recommend to anyone looking to either swap to full fibre or upgrade their package. 10/10 fantastic job thank you very much

I can't get Fibrus to make a decision!

We had no issues with Fibrus as a provider but we have moved house and Fibrus does not cover the new address. I have been trying to cancel our contract with Fibrus for our former house and their call handlers are insisting on either a tenancy agreement or a mortgage agreement but we don't have either. I have a letter from power ni but no one in Fibrus can tell me if this is sufficient. The call handlers have to speak to a manager but I don't get the promised call backs and cannot get to speak to a manager as "none of them are in the office today". It appears to me that this is a deliberate attempt to keep customers paying for their contracts even when they no longer live at that address. I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service. Ridiculous when you see their website about contacting their "friendly team". I don't want friendly, I want someone who can make a decision and cancel my contract!
