Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. If you move into a Persimmon estate, be aware that you may be limited to using Fibernest as your sole broadband provider for several years. Their service quality can be poor: wait times to reach a technician are often long, and the internet connection frequently drops. Additionally, they do not offer compensation unless an outage lasts longer than two working days (bad luck if the internet is down during the weekend).

Fibrenest appears to have a monopoly in this area, with no alternative providers available at my address.
The pricing is considerably higher than other full fibre providers, and there is no competitive pressure to offer better value.
Given that neighbouring properties have access to more affordable FTTP options, I do not feel the current pricing is reasonable.

Spoke to a very knowledgeable and patient customer service guy called Jacob Lockart, who talked us through the whole process from opening an account to activation. This involved him calling us back promptly on two occasions, he made us feel valued as he put up with our very poor telephone reception and our lack of IT knowledge but he got a very frustrated couple up and running with internet, thank you

Amazing service. Jonathan dealt with our enquiry really quickly, setting up our service properly as we didn't complete our set up correctly our end. Doing this behind the scenes for us was so helpful. Working remotely and near the sea I was concerned that we would have issues with our internet service when we moved home. Internet speed is really fast with no issues. So happy I chose them as a provider. Delighted with service.

In the 3 and a half years I’ve been with FibreNest, I can honestly say I’ve had 1 instance of downtime, but this was due to the cable being ripped from my house by site builders. Service has been flawless, always hitting stated speeds and very stable. Customer service have been excellent when I’ve contacted them and Zoe Wilcox was particularly helpful when I cancelled the service due to moving.
