Not worth your time

Got charged even though my card was locked and tried to get the money refunded because I didn't have enough in my account. The website claims the will do refunds but they claim there is nothing they can do. Will be disputing charge with the bank. Terrible customer service.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been.

To provide some clarity, the funds were debited at the time of sign-up once card details were entered and the transaction was approved. Funds cannot be deducted unless the cardholder authorises the payment during checkout. A refund has been processed, and once issued, it can take between 5 to 10 working days for the funds to reflect back in your account depending on your bank.

That said, we still want to make sure everything has been handled correctly on our side. Our Customer Success Lead, Stanley, will be looking into this personally and will reach out to you directly so you’re not left in the dark.

Stanley Whittaker and Fella Health are amazing.

I have been using Fella for a few months now and the experience has been good. However, these past few days, I was having an issue reaching someone and when someone finally reached out via text, they were so bad that I wondered if they were AI. They took forever to respond to my text like days and kept repeating the same thing over and over when I had already explained my issue. After some research I was able to get in contact with Stanley. He answered my text so fast and fixed my issue immediately!! The customer service was the best I have had in a long time from any company I have delt with. He turned a stressful day into something wonderful. It is rare to encounter someone who seems so passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help you. I hope Fella values what they have in him because these past few days had me highly upset and this review would have went the opposite way. I didnt feel like they cared about my concerns but one person changed that. Please give Stanley a raise because he deserves it for picking up the slack of others.

Definitely works but watch the price increases

Definitely works, however the price creeps up considerably so ill be moving to a cheaper product

Nothing but good things to say about Fella Health. Great communication and support whenever I needed it. The medication has been super effective I reached my goal weight and lost 60lb overall. Feels amazing to finally get there.

Total scam

Total scam! I subscribed for the Tirzepatide sublingual pills. I am a busy man so it took the assessment, I started taking the pill every single day, and I didn’t feel any descomunal symptoms, it did not reduced my apetite as they claimed it would happen. Long short story, it didn’t work at all, I did not loose weight, I am only 30 pounds above my ideal weight, I am kinda overweight but not obese. So, I contacted the customer service and see if they would do any refund as they complete claim they guarantee to the customer, they said NO. And didn’t offer any other solution, so I spent $299 dlls a month for 6 months for nothing.

No new customer discount - Bolt Pharmacy

Wanted to take advantage of a new customer discount as I'd not ordered from them before, but when the order went through I paid full price. Unfortunately it seems that this company is owned by the same parent company as Bolt Pharmacy (who I had ordered from before). Because of this they wouldn't class me as a new customer, even though I had to set up a new account with Fella Health to order.

Customer service was very good and refunded me promptly, so no complaints there, I just wish it had been clearer from the outset and before ordering that I wasn't eligible for the discount.

Fella Health feels way more personal than I expected. The coaching actually adjusts to you instead of feeling copy pasted. It doesn’t feel rushed, and there’s real support behind the whole thing, not just meds.

The best care out there

Ultimately the meds did not work for me. Not for lack of trying on the part of the team and the exceptional care that Stanley Whittaker in particular provided me during my treatment. I would not hesitate to work with this team again in the future
