Reached out because something was wrong with my prescription and Stanley responded and got everything taken care of for me. He went above and beyond and even checked in with me the next day to make sure it all went through properly.

My experience with Fella has been beyond exceptional since the beginning. There have been no hiccups, one minuscule issue, but nothing but smooth sailing. My mentor Stanley Whitaker has been with me from day one and has such exceptional customer service I always know if I have any issues no matter the problem, he will find a resolution for me and stay on top of it until it is resolved. The only minor issue I’ve had is my prescription being sent to the wrong location and that was only due to my relocation. Otherwise, I have zero complaints and would wholeheartedly recommend Stanley Whitaker as your go-to for support and encouragement. He does it all and I am super grateful for him being there for me because customer is everything to me and he is the epitome of what that should look like. Ease of setting up, promptness of medication delivery with no issues.

I'm a customer with a 1 year package. After the first two months, the scheduled shipment was scheduled to arrive a week late. After numerous emails to try to get the shipment moved up, and kept running into dead-ends. After a lot of Google Searching, I found the head of customer service (Stanley Whittaker), and he was able to get the shipment overnighted to me the same day to arrive the next day. He was fantastic to work with. While it was great the issue was resolved, it also shouldn't have got to that point. The pharmacy should know when to send shipments.

The follow up service and bi weekly check ins are fantastic and kep me focused and on track

Fella has made a huge difference in my life, for the better! The product and customer service are first-rate. I lost the weight that I had hoped to, and got fantastic support every step of the way. Whenever there was an issue or a question, I got fast and personalized help. These guys are the real deal -- and I've referred other customers to them who are similarly satisfied.

Got charged even though my card was locked and tried to get the money refunded because I didn't have enough in my account. The website claims the will do refunds but they claim there is nothing they can do. Will be disputing charge with the bank. Terrible customer service.

I have been using Fella for a few months now and the experience has been good. However, these past few days, I was having an issue reaching someone and when someone finally reached out via text, they were so bad that I wondered if they were AI. They took forever to respond to my text like days and kept repeating the same thing over and over when I had already explained my issue. After some research I was able to get in contact with Stanley. He answered my text so fast and fixed my issue immediately!! The customer service was the best I have had in a long time from any company I have delt with. He turned a stressful day into something wonderful. It is rare to encounter someone who seems so passionate about what he does and genuinely wants to help you. I hope Fella values what they have in him because these past few days had me highly upset and this review would have went the opposite way. I didnt feel like they cared about my concerns but one person changed that. Please give Stanley a raise because he deserves it for picking up the slack of others.
