Fast Cover is exactly that - fast!!
We have used Fast Cover several times but this is the first time we have made a claim. I broke my wrist less than 24 hours before our overseas trip was to began and couldn't fly! Fast Cover helped us through the claim process [which included policies for my adult children] professionally, efficiently and speedily. Our claim was paid in full within a week of lodging all the paperwork. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Fast Cover!

While travelling in Turkey in June I lost my prescription sunglasses. I made a claim with Fast cover on my return. Because there is ‘depreciation, on sunglasses and with an excess payment of $100 they would not pay anything on my $300 claim. I have never made a claim on any travels before, so hugely disappointing. What if it was a major claim?
I can’t trust them now and will never insure with them again.

Great in an emergency
My daughter experienced a medical emergency whilst travelling overseas in Iceland. The response from Fastcover was first class. They were easily available on the phone to talk through the steps and emergency hospital expenses, surgery and overnight stays were organised and covered. Assistance and assessment of cover was organised fast and my daughter was able to get the surgery she needed without stressing about hospital fees.The caring, helpful nature of the staff was appreciated in this stressful time. They were available at all hours of the night and easy to get hold of, which was helpful due to the timezone differences we were trying to get everything sorted in. Will use again. Recommend.

Denied My Claim
I used this company for the first time (Fast Cover Travel Insurance) for a recent domestic trip. Within the first few hours of my arrival at my destination I was informed that a very close family friend of over 60 years had taken ill. When he came out of the hospital it was to go into palliative care. I was supposed to be in Darwin for two weeks but I flew home within two days as I couldn't get an earlier flight. My claim was for AUD $8,910-15 and they denied it. I will NEVER use this company again EVER. That money would have been a mere pittance for the company but for an Aged Pensioner it is a fortune. I do NOT RECOMMEND them.
