Fast Cover were very easy to deal with …
Fast Cover were very easy to deal with when we madeca claim. We both became suck on a cruise and needed to go to the medical centre where we were given medication. Fast Cover accepted our claim very promptly and the funds were deposited into our account very quickly. Would deffinately use them again.

Impossible to claim
Smooth process to sign up and build cover but claim experience was nightmare. They will do everything to not approve your claim which is very poor for reason you get insurance for unknown otherwise what is the reason of insurance if circumstances is outside your control

Cover I requited.
I was able to create the cover I required.I have AF my specialist is not interested in seing me I have regular check up with my GP..My Mother had AF passed away at 94 not with AF. I enjoy travelling and at this stage happy to stay with you guys.

Fractured my shoulder
If you have any accident that requires surgery they will recommend you go back to Australia to have it resolved, even if it is an emergency, with no justification.
This leaves you 2 options:
Go back to Australia and end your policy.
Disagree with their recommendation and they will also end your policy.
At the end of the day I fractured my shoulder and received $0 from Fast Cover. Absolute scam, $600 wasted.

Good Experience
Had a great experience with Fast Cover Travel Insurance. I have never had to claim before on Travel insurance and found the process fairly straight forward. I had a designated claim team member, who helped me through the process.
Will use them again for future travels.

Ease of booking. Clear inclusions.
I have used fast cover for the last couple of years. It is always a breeze to book and the inclusions are clearly laid out. I haven't had to make a claim yet so I can't comment on that side. But overall a positive experience thus far.

Easy to understand how it all works and what is covered, simple to purchase and they were super helpful when I realised I’d put one day short at the end, and a quick extension was applied. Haven’t left yet so hopefully nothing happens that I need to claim for!

Sad Experience of Lost Holiday
Although we were travelling within Australia the holiday I booked (flying to Bass Strat Islands) was expensive so I took out cover for the four days of the tour. We are aged 73 and 79 but I did not list Sciatica as a pre-existing condition as it didn’t occur to me it would prevent us from going. The night before we were to leave my husband had to go into hospital because of extreme pain so we missed the flight and lost our money. Fast Cover asked for our doctor’s records and found the word sciatica mentioned last year so they would not give us any compensation for losing an $8,000 holiday. The insurance was a waste of money as it cost a lot to cover four days.

So pleasantly surprised that there is an insurance company that actually want to HELP you to regain your out of pocket expenses when travel plans go wrong, instead of trying to find every possible excuse to not pay your claim. My Claims Consultant was nothing but professional and gave me the advice I needed. Will only use Fastcover in future.
